I've reduced my dose to 0.5 this week and will then do 3 weeks of 0.25 before stopping. I haven't noticed much difference yet, my appetite is still suppressed, the scales are still going down. I'm focusing a lot on increasing the amount of plants I eat and staying away from UPF as much as possible.
All of a sudden I feel quite slim and like every lb off is a noticeable difference. I've got 6.6lbs to go to my official goal and I had thought I'd lose a bit extra, as it's still top of healthy BMI. But I feel like it will probably be enough.
