Absolutely willing one on here today in Manchester, the humidity is just too much. Anyone else ?

Had a few drops of rain.

Now just muggy with cloud.

In Leeds! We heard thunder yesterday but no lightning. Really hoping to get some more today

Enough rain to wet the roof and then stopped. Everything has dried again and humidity is oppressive. Feel cheated!

On holiday in the Lakes. Have had several hours of thunderstorms with back to back thunder and torrential rain. Love it.

It's OK - survived and we had our barbecue! We had a few spits and spots of rain late afternoon, but nothing else, and now it's quite a nice evening here.
So in the meantime I'll live vicariously via your stories and photos.

Hmm. Well after I posted this I went out for a walk and the sun came out but also feeling really humid and sweaty. No more rain or any sign of thunder.

Yep I just heard it!

I was tantalised by a flash or two of lightening half an hour ago but feck all else - bloody tease of a storm.

We’ve had bugger all. It’s breezy here but still humid.
