Large hail possible. Up to 4cm in diameter. If you are in the area, ensure you move indoors if storms arrive. You might want to protect delicate plants. This size hail, if it develops is enough to put dents into things and possibly to smash greenhouse windows.

If you experience large hail, please can you submit photographs with a ruler next to it.

Flash flooding is also very likely in places.

That is quite significant hail. Is there any damage from it?

I’m near Derby and it’s still raining and thundering! It’s been going on a while now! Is it forecast to come in your area?

I got absolutely soaked going to Asda about an hour ago in Kettering, Northants. A belter of a thunder storm as well.

Looks like it's going to by-pass us in west Oxfordshire, but we did have good thunderstorms on both Sat/Sun evening, plus torrential rain. I can also do without 4cm hailstones.

Just watching the Manchester City fans out in the streets. Looks like torrential rain there.

Crazy storm here in Gloucestershire. Thunder, Lightning and large hailstones.

It started raining about an hour ago and has settled to a nice steady fall. No torrential rain here (Bucks)

Crazy to just get a massive storm complete with large hail stones when it was roasting hot today. Here in Manchester where its literally rained on the parade.

Sooo humid.

Back to just hot and humid in SW London. Storm doesn't seem to have made a difference to the temperature.

At least it has saved us having to water the garden tonight 😬

Just about finished here (Leicester) We've had a good amount of rain and quite a lot of thunder and lightning. I think I was expecting more but also think those either side to the north and south had it a worse.

Surrey. A minute's worth yesterday, 2 minutes worth tonight. First rain in ages. Not enough though.
