Snow watch

Might as well get going on this thread, though it is rather a tease at the moment.

The ECMWF model is hinting at the possibility of some much colder weather next week, perhaps bringing some snow to Scottish hills. BUT the met office are still going for quite a wild and wet affair instead.
The ECMWF shows quite an interesting scenario really.

Heavy snow in Gloucestershire at the moment. I’m meant to be at work in the hospital but couldn’t get my car up the hill.

Really hoping for some snow in kent to make lockdown a bit more interesting for the kids.

It's very frosty in my bit of outer London. DP spent ages scrapping his car for work this morning. I'll cross my fingers for later then. Thank you!

Snowing heavily in North Oxfordshire

It's a rather narrow band of precipitation. I'd anticipate some infill of snow showers behind it.

Snow here in South East Wales for the first time in ages.
Puppy is very excited as are grandchildren, we saw them in the snow via FaceTime!
