Shiny new thread. Work means I've only walked 5.2km this week, though Fitbit says it's 11.9.

Thanks for the tip. Is it 9am GMT on a Monday morning we get the rewards then? I lose track.

Do we need to have walked 50km by tomorrow then? I thought they extended it or was that something else?

Yes 9am tomorrow morning. And then the same for the following week.

I'm still 7km off this week. Can't be arsed to go for a long walk now! Hope to rectify that next week.

My Fitbit says I have walked 87km - Pokemon says 44km.

What do you all do about inactive friends? I've got a few that haven't opened or sent for months. I feel a bit bad deleting in case they are having a temporary break or ill. Wish there was a way of sending a very basic yes/no message at least

DS and I have both done the 50km. I'll be pissed off we have to wait another week.
Tomorrow's a bank holiday here too so we'll be at home to pop on the star piece. Next week we'll both be at school and work.

Hello guys, I'm really confused. The walking 50km for the extra stardust, I thought that was only during adventure week? But that started for us in the UK @ 9pm on Tuesday?
So we only had Tuesday -Monday before 9am to walk 50km?
Or Tuesday - Tuesday?

No, it started on the Monday at 9 as usual.

You just had to have walked 50km with adventure sync on by 9am this morning.
Except they've extended it as there were so many glitches in the first few days, so that you can do it next week instead/ as well.
I'm not sure if you can do it twice.

DS and I both did it, despite it wiping km off for the first few days. It's gone 9am here, we got the bonus candies and stardust, and have now reset to 0km.

I got 300,000 XP from levelling up with friends on Saturday - thanks to you all!

I got the 13CP shiny Slakoth too I got maybe 10 Slakoth at my local park but they weren't there long.

I'm waiting on catching an aerodactyl too but I haven't had the field research challenge mentioned upthread - all I'm getting are hatch eggs and walk with your buddy type ones.

I've collected practically my own body weight in Lileep's and Anorith's over the last week but no shinys

I've also changed my trainer name - I'm now MaxLotus12 (I was Heidiw2012)

I nearly cried this morning - my DHs reward for 50km came through bang on 9am.... mine at 9.05 - thought I'd missed out lol.

My field research has disappeared too. And I've just come in from running 5k and nothing has changed with my eggs/distance walked this week even though adventure sync is on.

i do like events in games but I'm totally bored by all the lileeps and anoriths now. And then when it's back to 'normal' it'll all be bidoofs and gulpins. Yawn.

We didn’t get as many slakoths for community day here in Aus either, though I did manage to catch 2 shiny and evolve 2 slakings. The shiny slaking is rubbish, was hoping he’d be hot pink too :(

No luck with shiny Lileep or Anorith but I did catch a shiny geodude on the afternoon school run today so I’m happy with that

The first one (the light blue one) is the alolan version of geodude

The second one (the one you know) is the one from indigo league

Does Anyone know if you get the bonus stardust for walking 50km twice? Fortunately I got it on Monday. When I got to work I was on 49.7km. I had to start work before 9am so I left pogo open and luckily my avatar did some walking on her own so I managed to get the 50km bonus. I also completely forgot about it whilst at work so completely drained my phone battery. I'm just wondering if it's worth doing extra walking again this week as normally I only manage the 25km?
