S: handful of pistachios
D: potato and violife feta bake with cherry tomatoes, beetroot and Bombay carrot salad

B: sourdough toast, Naturli
L: ready salted crisps, 3 satsumas, wedge of Tyne chease
D: beyond burger with gherkins, fake cheese, tomatoes, Leon burger sauce, corn on cob, onion rings, chips
S: Rhythm 108 chocolate tea biscuits - these were LOVELY. they were a surprise present from my husband and I ate most of the bag.

B: coffee/date/pb/soya milk/banana smoothie
L: veg and bean stew, pineapple
D: jacket potato, black bean chilli, Mexican Sweetcorn, avocado and a big salad
S: 2 satsumas, mince pie, Bombay mix, chocolate creams

L: a spicy bean burger with beetroot, tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce, mango balsamic and sprinkled with seeds
D: 2 Richmond sausages, 2 Yorkshire puddings, small portion of mash, carrots, peas, broccoli, roast butternut and gravy. Mulled wine and 2 mince pies for pudding
S: 2 long sesame breadsticks, half a pot of alpro cherry yogurt, pear, small bowl of shreddies with soya milk

L: hummus, lettuce, olives, carrot, jalapeño, avocado salad, a Livia’s millionaires shortbread (not as good as the Sainsbury’s Free From ones which are amazing and I need someone to post them to me!)

L: few Linda McCartney 'southern fried' nuggets and ketchup
D: Pizza night! My current toppings: garlic mushrooms, grilled artichokes, red onion, spinach and olives. I have done many experiments with both home made and shop bought mozza substitutes and, though I never thought this would happen, I prefer mine cheeseless now.
S: salt and vinegar peanuts
Drinks: Malbec. Dry January didn't last long.

Yesterday was

B: slice of panettone toast with naturli
L: roasted root veg soup, 2 small higgidy miso mushroom 'sausage' rolls
D: fuck ramen. Normally called that in our house when I do a ramen with LM fake duck (see what we've done there ). However, it was called that last night because I added chipotle chilli paste instead of miso. I added miso after that but the chipotle kind of drowned it out a bit, although DH said he preferred it 😂 Also in the chipotle ramen were edamame beans, broccoli, sesame roasted sweet potato and a few veg gyoza
S: 2 satsumas, handful of vego hazelnut pralines, slice of Christmas pudding cake (which I couldn't eat without thinking how much better it would be with brandy butter 😂 @ElfAndSafetyInspector)

B. Porridge, brambles, prunes, blueberries, cashews, pumpkin seeds, flaked almonds.

L. Broccoli and Engivita soup. (Family favourite here and soooo simple to make)
D. Leftover cold Marks and Spencers Christmas Wreath nut roast thing sliced, with spinach salad and kimchi.
I had the it yesterday hot with a roast dinner and it was equally tasty cold as hot. Still got half in the freezer for another 2 days. Is this the vegan equivalent of the mumsnet chicken?

S. Might have some vg custard later for supper.

Often your basic biscuit ranges are vegan. I remember being surprised about rich Tea too - and digestives, and hob nobs. AND choc chip hob nobs. But not chocolate covered hob nobs! Nor dark chocolate covered digestives (unless Tesco)

D: jackfruit, chickpea and red pepper goulash (from Dirty Vegan) and roast spicy new potatoes - all cooked by my 13 year old daughter. She would usually have home economics on Tuesdays at school so we agreed she would cook dinner on those days. So nice to be cooked for. Was really delicious too.
