Lovely posh small town or large village. Recommendations please

Not even going to pretend I don’t want something twatty, so don’t come at me.
I love a posh little market town. Basically I’m trying to replace Chipping Campden as for various personal reasons we can’t go to the Cotswolds anymore.

Criteria in order:
pretty town which doesn’t hate tourists or visitors.
nice pub or pubs, roaring fire vibe.
upmarket high street
good restaurants and cafes, extra points for an excellent restaurant.
nice deli
high street gallery and antique shop
possible to stay in the town
preferably some nice country walks around the area.
Max two or three hours drive from London.

lol at the interest in my exile from the Cotswolds. I wish it was funnier or more interesting, but it’s a very sad and very stupid family row which I am not able to change, and I would not be able to go to the area, which I love, without feeling tense. Anyway, as you have all ably shown, I have plenty of other options. Thank you!
