Continuing the saga of Sussex PR disasters.

I think this is more likely. I would expect MM to be having a lovely time at the moment, enjoying the novelty and new company. She hasn’t had time to alienate anyone, everyone will be very welcoming and encouraging, there will be lots of things to join.

I don’t believe it will last. It’s a holiday romance. Once a Notswold Autumn/Winter sets in and everyone hunkers down by the fire her social life will dwindle. The novelty will wear off, people will get back to their normal routine.

I feel for the children, another upheaval is coming.

Yes any wiser socialite might enter the scene in the Spring/Summer circuit before people retreat to hearth and home, and make use of the summertime in forging connections ahead for the Christmas, NYE festivities.

I don’t know about that, there are lots of speakers who don’t seem to have a problem with his old alliances, Bill Clinton seems to have escaped any repercussions.

I saw Alex Soros was listed as a speaker, maybe that’s how Harry got his spot.

She probably had no value to MM, unlike Winfrey, Clooney etc, who she had allegedly never met, her life seems to be one long transaction.

I wonder if it's because it keeps the charity relevant, the press will cover events he's at if only to wait for him falling flat on his face, metaphorically speaking? With respect to the work done by the Wellchild charity would as many people have heard of it were it not for him being there?

If he'd brought his own notes, it wouldn't have mattered. As I said before, never trust someone else's tech if you're giving a presentation. I've seen too many instances where speakers and presenters have been caught out and either couldn't function without the powerpoint, or wasted our time while they faffed around trying to fix it.

I don't think I'm alone in the opinion that while AMW is not a nice person and should absolutely be tried for any crimes (espionage/treason) against the British state, I'd like to see several of the undoubtedly many high profile american men in jail for Epstein before we let them come for their (the same people in some cases) choice of ours. ffs they've only managed to put a woman away so far and their next choice is foreigners for crimes that are undoubtedly 99.99% men's crimes, and 50%+ american crimes. Sorry for the derail.
Much as Harry is consciously or otherwise working against the British state, nothing he has done is in the same league as either of the things AMW is accused of and it is important imo that the response is also different by a significant margin. The important thing is that he is not being given the opportunity to be as evil.

I think he's too dim to be doing anything consciously or on his own initiative. But I do think he could be and possibly has been easily manipulated. If someone says 'Do this and show everyone what a good humanitarian you are' or 'Do this and stick it to William' he won't realise or stop to consider wider implications.
