I do wonder if there is actually any school that will be able to meet their expectations in regard to security. I'm interested to see how it all plays out.

Can I offer a different thought here. I know it’s not popular but I think it’s relevant.
H&M are hated, as proved by this thread and others, people do not like them and that automatically creates a threat. It takes one radical who decides they will do it for the greater good and you have an incident on your hands.

The press learned their location this week, yes M posted the photos but the press have compared these photos to satellite imaging to find them (stalkers much!). Let’s not forget the wales’ also very publically post their location but the difference is the security. As parents, if we were hated as much as they are, I’m sure we would all think shit the kids and make sure they are safe.
Personally where the children are involved (who are innocent in all this and would
probably like a relationship with their grandparents and cousins etc) I don’t see why security would not be offered just out of some common sense!

I really feel for these kids. They would have had such a better life if Meghan had just sucked it up and done what she’d signed up for. So what one of the old codgers mentioned skin colour, they were probably just inteigued to see what the first partly black person in the royal family would come out looking like. Now those kids will subjected to others constantly talking about them, in a non-royal type of way, they’ll have to watch their parents interviews as they grow, form their own opinions yet be under pressure from their parents to agree with them and take the same stance, all whilst growing up in the public eye. M&H must be full of so much regret now but they just did what suited them at that time. Selfish twats.

Parents who are protective of their children do not generally:

. post photos of them online
. talk about their personalities publicly
. reveal their location
. reveal the family’s travel plans
. constantly brief the papers to keep themselves in the news
. take them from their familiar environment, home, friends, school at a moment’s notice
. cynically use them in a bid to get security provided by the taxpayer
. keep them from their wider family
. publicise details of their schooling

Think of the notice they had.
But we also know Ham aren't great at listening or taking advice from anyone.

They may well have said that journey will take x time, ham drove it in July or whenever they were here (they surely visited at some point), and decided they knew best.

Also, they have indirectly ruined William and Kate’s reign. And negatively affected George, Charlotte and Louis too. What a shit show, all because Meghan wasn’t number 1 and wasn’t in control.

So where ARE they living? Just dived into the Mail and nothing there but everyone on this thread seems to know!

They are not hated. They are criticised, which is different.
They have chosen to have a very high profile, very public and very controversial life, with very controversial claims.
People will criticise.

William isn't king yet.

I doubt very much they will ruin his reign.

Wills has had a shit few years- all this nonsense with Harry, his dad and wife with cancer, he's had a lot to deal with.

This couple would appear to have one brain cell for the pair of them. They are transparent. Who in their right mind, if they are worried about their security, release videos and photos that enable people to know where they live and now they are using their children in an attempt to get what they want. They have more than enough money to live a very comfortable, quiet life in the beautiful Cotswolds, a life that the majority of us dream about, but that isn't good enough for this arrogant, entitled pair. Their downfall is at their own hands. They don't seem to realise how lucky they are. I wouldn't even be surprised if there is a fake kidnapping or assassination attempt so they can say "We told you so".

Yes quite. They are desperate to feel more important than W&C and to merch their victim status. I just wish the press would ignore them - it’s all for click bait. They could live a life of unimaginable wealth by most standards and quietly work on projects they are passionate about. See Anne’s comments about spending years understanding charities and the work before commenting. They want celebrity status-and to be center stage all the time. At the same time they don’t want the press to be able to print anything about them that hasn’t been approved by them. Hence their complaint about the KC letter.

Especially at the moment - they are doing their best to whip up press attention to show that they are public figures and under threat. If they really cared about their children there would be no sign of them on social media, they would have come back quietly without revealing their travel plans or location, and wouldn’t be discussing schools. Also their children would be part of an extended family.

This is all a ploy to get the full time taxpayer security that they are absolutely obsessed with.

I think they are running out of money and the security is a big big bill that they want someone else to pay. They freeload off billionaires for bed and board, and rich people have a way of rarely paying the bill at a meal, but private security comes at a premium and I honestly don't think they have the cash to pay it.

You can fake wealth if you have the front (Andrew Tate anyone?) but nothing says ordinary Joe quite like not having a motorcade when you go to Tesco.

They need to appear super important and A list to be able to continue that hustle, and they are running out of cash.

Exactly this. As much I love the drama, I really wish they would do themselves and us a favour and live quietly. They are exhausting.

I don't know who drives this. I assume H is obsessed with security yet M wants attention and some kind of 'status' ,so between them they concoct this shit show.

Lack of security did not factor into the death of Harry’s mother. Her decision to get in a car with a drunk driver and not to wear a seatbelt did.

The comments don’t indicate hatred for H and M, rather posters seem to be baffled by their behaviour and how their actions affect the safety of their children. There is no need to post any photos of the children online- this is a choice they have made.
Moreover if you are going to move your children overseas, surely you do some extensive research before the move? We made several overseas moves with our children. Security was obviously not an issue, but we made sure it was a suitable move for them before we left rather than making dramatic changes (pulling kids from school) after two days. How are young children going to process the idea that it’s not safe for them at school?

The boat photo was SO telling. There were rumours about who was putting them up and then she posts a photo of a bridge that is easily identifiable on google. Shes doing it deliberately.

One of the blind items (pinch of salt) this morning said that the two kids have been enrolled for an exclusive online private school in California for months now, one where you study at home and dont actually have to appear.

Those poor kids are going to grow up so screwed up from all this. They are being raised to think their faces are some worldwide secret and that they are to be hidden away at all costs. When they get old enough the tabloids will chew them up and spit them out and do untold damage.

Just look at North West compared to Blue Ivy. One teen has been allowed to run amok on the internet and face all the noise and interest that comes with it, one has been raised to show her face only when they deem it appropriate. The two are completely different girls.

Sorry haven't read all the posts. I am sure lots of other people think the same. Is there nothing this pair wouldn't do to stay in the limelight. Using their children for this purpose is unforgivable.

There's a level of paranoia at play, or obsession. Either way, it's not healthy.
