So dignified KC wanted to identify as a tampon?
So dignified KC authorised a biography which described his mother as “physically and emotionally distant”, and “detached” and his father as “harsh” and “hectoring” , “and deeply irked by his son's solemn and over-sensitive nature” and then went on telly to discuss it in front of 13.5 million viewers?
So dignified that his former valet and assistant had to take the fall three times owing to shenanigans over bags of cash, an alleged cash for citizenship and passport scandal and an alleged “fencing” rumour, for which this member of staff was rewarded with a family home in Highgate?
So dignified that in 1995, he arranged for the Duchy of Cornwall to buy a property to rent to the former Bishop of Gloucester, who had resigned in disgrace after accepting a police caution for gross indecency in 1993?
So dignified that he vowed, as future head of the CofE, in front of the nation and the Archbishop of Canterbury, to love and honour his wife while his mistress was looking on in the congregation?
Look, Charles isn’t a bad man, he has some very good qualities just like Harry does, but let’s not pretend he hasn’t done just as many things to potentially damage the monarchy as Harry has done!
Some things were arguably a lot more serious!
He was just luckier that there weren’t as many podcasts around then to resurrect and discuss them all endlessly!
And of course, being in the top job, KC has had had much more access to top PR firms and expensive lawyers, to keep his image from being tarnished, whereas Harry has been much more exposed.
The hypocrisy though of KC taking a great moral stand against his son with this statement doesn’t sit well at all imho, when he has done just the same, if not worse!
