Predictions for Harry and Meghan if they return to the UK?

Would anyone like to make a prediction of what happens next for Harry and Meghan if they return to the UK?

Oh MM won’t be there - we will never see her in public on Salty Island again - but she will insist that her DCs are included - that’s why they are here to get dusted in royal adjacency glitter to make their mother $$$$.

And we keep being told how easy royal engagements are.
In that case if they find royal duties that tiring intellectually or mentally as suggested, they must be quite weak in those faculties.

In retrospect that was the first red flag. Followed by the 50k engagement dress...

Yes you're correct. Short hours. No preparation as all their researchers do that. Turn up for a short time - bingo ! 🤷‍♀️

Or maybe the engagements are harder than we know (I've no idea what they're like). Other working royals manage to carry them out including Harry's brother and his 77 year old, cancer-suffering father. Perhaps poor old Harry tires more easily than most men.

We're told by "sources close to him" that "Harry is a typical former army officer — he can take care of himself but he wants to protect his wife and children,”.
Ooh! Sounds so manly. But he can't cope with short hours, no preparation and turning up for a short time somewhere.

There was a podcast (The Good the Bad and the Rugby I think it's called) some time back with Princess Anne, Mike Tindall, William and Catherine. I was struck by what a relaxed and friendly relationship they all had together, and I'd imagine William has had a lot of support lately from them all.

I'm no contact with my sister and hell will freeze over before I ever say a hello to her let alone let her back into my life. Some relationships become just too toxic to be able to carry on, family or not.

Some of the overseas trips are probably quite gruelling - Sophie's trip to Sudan, for example. And anything which requires standing in one place for long periods.

Some posters on here say how easy royal engagements are.
I think many engagements must be very tiring, always having to be on stage as it were, aving to wear formal clothes in the heat, making polite small talk etc
If some of Harry's family - including his elderly, ill father - can do these things, why can't Harry?
Maybe he is a bit feeble so perhaps he shouldn't undertake things that, say, his brother and his father can do. But also he probably shouldn't put out propaganda about how, as an ex-soldier, he can handle himself if he can't manage to do something an elderly, ill man can do.

Yes, I've rolled my eyes through a fair few of those! Have these people no imagination? Whenever my job required formal dress, best behaviour, meeting and greeting 'important' people, making small talk (having genned up first) and concentrating hard on not saying the wrong thing for any length of time, I was utterly shattered at the end of the day.

I can only assume the people who think it's a walk in the park have always sat at their own desk at work, pottering away at their own pace, in their own time, and wearing comfy clothes and not being photographed, scrutinised and judged for their every move, facial expression and remark....often by hostile people with their own agenda

Whatever you think of the RF, politicians, diplomats etc, you'd have to be stupid to think their jobs are easy just because they're not driving a fork-lift or working on a building site.

I thought their return would lead to a boost in how often we see W&K out “working”!
And also none stop press articles from both camps which is so boring.

The causes they have been publicising over the last few days have been worthy - like everything else they visit on their ‘working’ days. It will be important to someone somewhere.

I find nothing about the advancement of cancer treatments or suicide prevention/mental health help or better facilities for the brave Mountain Rescue volunteers boring.

I think it was the other way around - Harry and Meghan have timed their return and ‘engagements’ to coincide with when W&K return to working engagements after the kids go back to school.

That way they get the chance of being mentioned in any articles about W&K - royal adjacent

Exactly. It's very hard work meeting and greeting and being on your best behaviour, often when you don't feel great and would rather be doing anything else.

It’s the exploitation game.
They will exploit the weakness of KC3 to get more of what they want
They will exploit the lack of reply from W&C to try to make them look bad and also try to redirect press coverage to themselves away from W.
They will continue to exploit their own children for social media attention
They will exploit other peoples children for publicity photos to portray themselves as “kind”
They will exploit charities for money/expenses and to improve their image for commercial gain
They will exploit the British tax payers to subsidise their lifestyle in particular their security costs.
Almost forgot they will exploit the memory of Harry’s mother for commercial gain.
