Have Harry and Meghan announced their children’s school choice yet?

Has HAMs school choice been announced yet? Moneys not on Lambrook!
Would parents of said school need to be informed? Or because they are no longer working royals would they not need to announce?
Will they go state or private? Can they afford the top private schools now? I gather the state won't pay for their kids education?

Didn't Rendcomb close?

That teacher has broken the rules, they should not be discussing any pupils, I hope they get reported.

I didn’t say this teacher was in any way affiliated with one of the ‘potential’ schools….

Oh, yes apparently it did very recently. Won’t be that one then 🙈😀

An article camee up out of nowhere. Saying the school was x. Now I can't remember but it was something Castle. But i read the other day it was Dragon.

Hatherop Castle?! Where did you read that? Could well be, certainly fits

JulietteHasAGun · 09/09/2026 20:46

Do we even know for sure yet that they’ve moved to the Cotswolds? Seems like they entered the U.K. and disappeared. Either that or the press know where they are and aren’t publishing anything.

Morgan is an asshole.

True dat

HelenaWilson · 09/09/2026 20:57

The press probably do know. If they're going out and about doing normal family things, they must have been seen. Other members of the RF aren't normally photographed going about their private lives, so I suppose the Sussexes are getting the same treatment.

GoodnessGraciousMeh · 09/09/2026 21:02

I imagine a school with the word Castle in it would appeal to Meghan

TreesOfGreen99 · 10/09/2026 17:41

I think it will be leaked very soon - if only to strengthen HAMs demand for security. Sorry to be cynical but I think they are an incredibly devious and calculating couple.

I would agree but how? , apparently the U.K. media all know what school it is and won’t reveal it , they would need to brief one of their usual friendly publications like people… but then it would be obvious where the leak came from.

simpsonthecat · 10/09/2026 20:54

Just leave them alone for god's sake, ppl are so contrary on here, they want to know, they don't want to know rinse rinse and repeat

If you don't know, just leave it at that.

It is always obvious where the leaks come from.

They did. They just confirmed the school first day was today😮

AuroraCake · 13/09/2026 10:42

I think they are at The Dragon. Which seems crazy to me but maybe they are nearer north Oxford than I thought.

Boarding possible later & they can swerve the school run personally if they chose. Established route to later senior boarding.

AlwaysRightISwear · 13/09/2026 11:11

Rugby, drama and day pupils can stay late
It certainly meets the parameters.

Plus lots of celeb parents apparently

OldEnglishJedi · 14/09/2026 09:05

They are living near Aynho Park near Banbury on Ian Wace’s estate. So it has to be in striking distance of that. Rules out Beaudesert.
Bloxham could work for them.
or Dragon in Oxford not a million miles.

Viviennemary · 14/09/2026 09:12

From what I read it's Dragon or Hatherop Castle. My bet is the Castle one.More royal. If you can't live in a castle at least the kids can go to school in one.

Let me qualify this- Bloxham is 11-18 but has a tie in with Beachborough Prep. Beachborough Prep is a 13 minute drive from where they are living.
I solved it for you!

BindweedIsMyNemesis · 14/09/2026 09:15

They are not at Beachborough

PlumCat23 · 14/09/2026 09:49

I thought Dragon was a quirky school full of wealthy academic families? I may be entirely wrong but I can't see Ham wanting that. They will want the polished schools with celebrity & footballer kids

I think M might be very aspirational on academics & want an international vibe - if so, Dragon fits bill.

True, Meghan herself was very well educated. Dragon is well known for it's impressive drama programme which also may appeal. Emma Watson (Harry Potters Hermiome) went to Dragon

one of mine went to the Dragon, great school but security would be a nightmare. Mine boarded, but doing that journey twice daily would be a nightmare. The school is right on the river on one side and a main road nearby. The kids are constantly in and out of buildings and crossing Bardwell Road daily. Traffic in and out is terrible. I just don’t know how they secure the kids without bodyguards or the like.
