Have Harry and Meghan announced their children’s school choice yet?

Has HAMs school choice been announced yet? Moneys not on Lambrook!
Would parents of said school need to be informed? Or because they are no longer working royals would they not need to announce?
Will they go state or private? Can they afford the top private schools now? I gather the state won't pay for their kids education?

What interests me is how other parents will react. I’m with Plum Sykes, I think people will be pretend annoyed and secretly delighted.

One of the day pupils at my DC’s school was “befriended” by a boarder who was a foreign princess. Day pupil’s DM was a known social climber and was thrilled to find her child in royal orbit, but everyone else could see how she was being used to provide weekend and after school entertainment, holidays and general care that the overseas parents then didn’t have to arrange. To the best of my knowledge social arrangements were very much one way and the friendship didn’t last that long.

I am tempted to say, 'well obviously,' little girl is away from home. In a lot of these cases friends families do swoop in. It would be nice if they received a holiday invite in the summers. Or at least the friend did. But staying with royals isn't always exactly fun either.

This allows security to monitor traffic and drop off systems and ultimately wait for parents to stop hanging around in the car park chatting and snapping first day pics! They will slip in quietly once term is under way

This is a horrible comment. Most parents of they can want to do the school run themselves.
Catherine and William also do the school run and have said this may times.

HAM don’t need to worry about being papped on school run, any more than W&K do. IPSO and the Editors code is VERY clear that kids of celebrities can not be photographed on school run, in school uniform, etc etc.

Otherwise it would be an utter free for all.

My kids attended a school with many many celeb kids in central London. Never a single pap around - ever. Even through the parents would often be doing drop off etc.

W&K traditionally do a first day of school issue of photos and allow a camera as a quid pro quo / tradition. They recognise that there is public interest in the second in line to the throne starting his senior school. Then that will be it.

Piers Morgan knows the school - all the press & media will by now -? and was utterly desperate to reveal it the other night on tv but knew he’d be in massive breach of the Code if he did.

I'm guessing you're an American if you've swallowed the whole "our children are going to be hounded by the evil British paparazzi!" rubbish put out by H and M's PR.

There isn't going to be a crush of photographers eagerly waiting to take photos of the children's first day at school, and if any were taken, they wouldn't be published. It's not the 1990s and the rules for journalists are far stricter. No photos of A and L that haven't been approved by their parents will be published by the MSM. At least not in the UK, maybe standards in the US are lower.

That teacher has broken the rules, they should not be discussing any pupils, I hope they get reported.

I’m going to guess Rendcomb college. If it’s in the Cotswolds. Has a theatre/stong performing arts dept. But also outdoorsy and good sports facilities.
