Are the bets on or off for an invite to Balmoral?
Will Meghan bake a humble pie for Catherine?
Let’s discuss……!

I am beginning to think he is a fantasist, and that he actually believes what he is saying, rather than manifesting.

I think he really believes that the fact the kids have been over and KC welcomed them, that it means all is forgiven and he will be back doing as he pleases.

And of course because A&L are totes “amazing” - so much more extra special than any other children KC3 has come across…..because only the exceptional H&M could breed such perfection

I agree - and I suspect much of what he says is driven by whatever substance he's taking. There's falling out of a nightclub looking the worse for wear and then there's daytime over-the-top ebullience and dilated pupils.

I've often wondered if dependence made him such an easy catch for the scheming Markle - who reportedly handed out drugs to guests during wedding celebrations when she married Trevor Engelson.

Narcissists, she said.

If I was the Mail I’d be seeking out other women PH has pulled the pill trick on and run a whole story on it.

Could be bollocks @HoldMyWine, but there are rumours swirling that , that is exactly what they have done! , we may well find out after the costs ruling has been done and dusted and the case is officially put to bed .

ShamedBySiri · 16/08/2026 10:55

When do we expect the costs ruling? For some reason I had August 17th in my mental diary, but recently heard "by the end of August" mentioned.
Fingers crossed for Monday. Sooner the better.

bluegreygreen · 16/08/2026 10:57

It was reported that the judgement would be handed down 'in the week of the 17th of August', @ShamedBySiri.

Harry wants back in with his father just before he has a massive legal bill to settle. Good timing that.

Mylovelygreendress · 16/08/2026 08:14

What does H mean by “ the way the wind is blowing “ ?

Whatever he wants it to mean, Mylovelygreendress Hmm

As with so much else, recognising the reality of his situation may be just too much, so as ever he pretends that everything he wants has already come to pass and then attacks anyone who tries to spoil the narrative

Unless H appeals …..

bluegreygreen · 16/08/2026 11:32

I don't think they'll be given leave to appeal.

What Harry wants etc

It's all so transparent. If they were successful in the US, H would have absolutely no interest in visiting his father

JSMill · 16/08/2026 11:38

He wants to come back to the UK regularly because there’s nothing for him in the US. He really has screwed up his life.

I hope Charles realises this.

You can get kids waffle makers that make cartoon character shaped waffles. They’re good fun and usually just make an individual waffle. My grandchildren like theirs.

WLM would have been the perfect opportunity to show the waffle maker. Or in the AsEver ads, waffles covered with raspberry drip and flower sprinkles.

SqueakyDinosaur · 16/08/2026 12:00

I'm very intrigued by just who is funding the Sentebale side of the court case. SC has stated it is not being paid out of the charity's reserves.

Cismyfatarse · 16/08/2026 12:03

Is it funded by Catherine? After flogging off some bits on Vinted?

Thanks @bluegreygreen
Not long to wait then. I do hope the judge goes for full indemnity. Icing on the cake will be if the insurers find a get out clause.

Re:appeal - I’ve seen it said on Mumsnet with regard to various cases - you can’t appeal just because you don’t like the result. There has to be something like mishandling of the case or new information or something.
Pretty sure there’s no chance of an appeal being allowed and also I’m not sure the other defendants are keen to pour more money into that black hole.

I’m liking the theory espoused by some lawyer who was on Kinsey Schofield’s show that there is a newspaper backing it.
However there will be considerable pressure to settle. Much as I long to see the receipts pored over in court I have my doubts whether she has a good enough case to risk turning down any settlement offer. Remember the charity commission said there was fault on both sides.
I’m not optimistic this will go the distance sadly.

Let him appeal. He has absolutely no hope. I read that insurance have a get out clause and him ranting after the verdict hasn't helped one bit

SqueakyDinosaur · 16/08/2026 12:39

I was wondering if he could be held in contempt of court for accusing the judge of presiding over a whitewash. Any lawyers on here?

I'm sure Charles is fully aware but he's desperate to have a relationship with his GC (according to HAM) 😂

SignsofLife · 16/08/2026 12:59

A relationship isn't meeting for an hour in a formal situation every few months.
