Why is Prince George not going to secondary school until after he turns 13?

Prince William reveals Prince George, 12, is already boarding at £10,669-a-term Lambrook School mol.im/a/15846933 via https://dailym.ai/android

I saw this article in the DM saying Prince George is currently boarding at Lambrook "ahead of moving to his secondary school in September". He turns 13 in July so the thought occurred to me - why is he still in primary school? Should he not have started secondary in 2024 when he was 11?

I've tried Google searching this and come up with nothing.

In response to the question, "Which press publications have reported that Prince Louie is neuro diverse?" the AI overview response is:

No reputable press publications have reported that Prince Louis is neurodiverse. The only claims of this nature originated from fabricated content and unverified clickbait videos on social media platforms like Facebook and Youtube.

Perhaps @CurlewKate can tell us if Google AI is wrong.

Yes. As we thought.

myrtleWilson · 21/06/2026 20:52

@CurlewKate was very specific in her first post

"There were loads of rumours in the British press and on here about Louis-there seems to be some selective memory happening here."

She was clearly posting that not only were there discussions on here but also in the British press and suggested that posters were suffering from a selective memory syndrome.

We know that @CurlewKate is au fait with selective memory syndrome

During "KateGate" Curlew offered this view

"Personally, I hope it is a separation and it's announced as soon as possible"

She posted endleslly about the MD photo and then decided post announcement of cancer to say

I just wanted to share some thoughts I've had since talking to some RL friends last night. I'm a Republican, and didn't actually post much on any of the threads on here. But I did read them, laugh at the ones I found funny and speculated a little IRL. I enjoy robust mental health, but I feel a little sad and down today about the news. And a little guilty. It occurs to me that it might be a real source of distress to some other people. Not the big media ghouls, of course, they have no shame and will just move on to the next thing without looking back, but for those of us who bought in to the whole farrago and maybe posted things we now wish we hadn't. So remember, the media often manipulates us, the establishment often lies to us and it's actually a good thing not to immediately take what we're told at face value. Don't beat yourself up and find someone to talk to if you feel really bad about it. Take care of yourselves.

Returning to current post, Curlew then backtracks on the media front by saying

Well, the rumours must have been either in the press or on here or I wouldn’t have seen them

@myrtleWilson I think @CurlewKate 's post was - copied and pasted - "Well, the rumours must have been either in the press or on here or I wouldn’t have seen them." so or not and.

Anyway I'm not an apologist for Curlew she can speak for herself - just saying how I read things, & read them differently. I may be wrong - happened before. & That Jeremy is my final answer.

Anyway - There my interest in Louis' behaviour and George's school ends 😂

Curlew’s post were explicitly clear and others agree, can’t see how you are reading them so differently to everyone else.

As to Louie ending up the "Spare". Well he's already not the "spare." And of all the people to have learned from the example of the previous and present generations of useless and unoccupied, titled and entitled royals, that will be William and Catherine. Why do people think everyone but the direct heir will end up like Andrew and Harry? Those pointless lumps are the exceptions, not the rule. We have plenty of examples of exemplary royals who perform duty to the country without being the next in line, and we have plenty of examples of royal adjacent individuals who have made their way in the world successfully without turning into the fuck ups that are the Yorks and the Sussexes. It's all a matter of fostering good character and a work ethic, and I have no doubt the Wales parents will not let their children end up like their uncle and great uncle.

Of course they won't. Plus this whole "Spare" nonsense had been totally fetished by Harry, feeding his perpetual victimhood, greed and stupidity.
Others, including Anne, Edward, Zara, Peter, James, Louise, the Snowdons, the Gloucesters, the Kents, all manage to either work to support the monarchy no matter where they are in the LoS, or else carve out productive lives.

Absolutely. It's a very clear case of the empty vessel making the most noise, and making the "spare" into a phenomenon of victimhood and hardship (all in his drug addled mind), when it really never has been previously - as amply demonstrated by those you mention and beyond.

Just look at Anne. At one point she was actually the Spare - 2nd in line to the throne. She's now 18th.
No whining, no complaining, no constant victimhood. Instead, she carved out a very impressive equestrian career, was an Olympian and has worked had for many charities as well as supporting her late mother and now her brother with official duties.
Harry is too stupid to notice, though, I suspect.

It’s desperate wishful thinking @Indianrollerbird as I’ve said in my previous posts the Wales being a happy and secure family unit and the positions the children hold is unbearable to some, seems they are taking a leaf out of their heroine’s book and are manifesting what they desperately wish to happen, they are going to be very disappointed.

Exactly - Anne was second in line; Harry was never higher than third.

I agree. Their secure and happy looking family unit disproves everything Harry said in Spare about the Wales marriage, and belies his (clearly disingenuous) "concerns" about his niece and nephews.

No, @BasiliskStare I've c&p @CurlewKate posts - I'll do again for accuracy

There were loads of rumours in the British press and on here about Louis-there seems to be some selective memory happening here. I think they started when the poor kid couldn’t keep still through a 27 hour parade of identical horses or something when he was 3 or 4

CurlewKate · Today 16:02

There were no rumors in the press - there were loads of Sussex Squad digs on Twitter and social media deliberately trying to stir up a narrative about Louis.
Show quote history

(CurlewKate's answer)
Well, the rumours must have been either in the press or on here or I wouldn’t have seen them. They were around the time of whatever event it was where Louis was swapping laps and eating sweets and climbing over his mother at some event or other. In other words behaving like a bored 3/4/5? year old. As an aside-why is a suggestion of ND a slur?

I've given you the timestamps @BasiliskStare

I think he said a lot of awful things in Spare, plus all his interviews and Netflix etc, but all that stuff criticising the parenting of W&K was just so nasty and unfair.
I'd really struggle to get past that.

She was only second in line until Andrew was born as men - then - leapfrogged over women. Now Charlotte is next in the line of succession after George, rather than Louis taking her place as would formerly have been the case.

BasiliskStare · 21/06/2026 21:58

Thank you all , I read things one way , people disagree. I could very well be wrong - won't be the first time , won't be the last. I could see CK reining back a bit from and 13.31 to or 16.02 - but seriously this is not a hill I'm going to die on. So , happy to be thought wrong - I was simply saying how I read things.

Best regards the fallible Basilisk 😊

Yes. I know. That is entirely my point about her going down in the line of succession and being leapfrogged by two brothers, then their children and now grandchildren.
She's no longer 2nd in line, but hasn't spent years moaning about her terrible misfortune.

Catherine's Mother's Day photo in 2023. A bit of minor photoshop made some people lose their minds.

Yes, I remember it all too well! To this day, it has never been explained what was so egregious about the photo that it warranted such attention.

Yes I remember - I found it quite odd. There are plenty of people in public life who I don’t particularly like - or indeed like at all - but I hope I wouldn’t start attacking them for something as trivial as a bit of minor photoshopping. So petty.
