Sorry, that is totally convoluted. Meghan is attractive, not stunning in my opinion. But to hide her children's faces because people might think they are not as stunning as her is just bizarre!

Japandi · 22/12/2025 19:16

Woventwigs888 · 21/12/2025 22:21

I disagree. There is no way I would recognise their dcs’s faces in a crowd but I would definitely recognise George, Charlotte or Louie.

Why wouldn’t you - they had Archie face full screen in the bath on the NF doc. It wouldn’t take a genius to patch up all the bits of photos to create a visual - maybe even their auntie Kate with her shoddy photo shop skills could pull off that.

to MEGHAN! Not to me. Just a reason why she doesn’t show their faces 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ that she doesn’t want bitchy people to say they’re not as good looking as her. Because she realises she’s better looking. And she likely is as she’s stunning.

I don’t think she’s stunning. I think she’s pretty and looks younger than her age but a bit over tweaked, just my opinion. I certainly hope she doesn’t see herself in competition with her four year old daughter.

I wonder what H and M will tell A and L in the future about why they are NC with both families ( apart from Doria) and that their paternal Grandad is a King .
Mind blowing .

We haven’t seen hide nor hair of Doria alone, with her only child Meghan or with her grandchildren for coming up to 2 years now - when she was very much front and centre before. I wonder if MM kicked off when Doria was photographed at a a celeb event (Kardashians?) without her? Think that was the last time she was seen in public? Maybe she’s had enough of the circus?

Seems odd for the compassionate family brand especially as most people see Doria as dignified and classy. Think she would be a great brand enhancing asset for them.

I think they’re raising the value of a picture of the children’s faces because they are inflating people’s curiosity about what they look like. I am going to wonder what a child’s face looks like if I’m looking at a picture of the back of their head.

It’s so weird that they can write books, film documentaries, do interviews, podcasts, run campaigns etc for years and years about how horrific SM and the MSM are/were to them - but are comfortable throwing (“feeding”) their own precious DCs to the wolves to make $$$$ to keep MM in designer handbags - the sooner legislation catches up to safeguard influencers who exploit their own DCs childhood without consent to invade their privacy to make the parents more $$$$ the better.

I think she's pretty, but certainly wouldn't say stunning. And I think it takes a fair amount of work to look this way, from makeup to knowing her angles, and very likely cosmetic work. Without any of that, she'd probably be average at best. She was not an attractive child, and neither was Harry, so there's a chance the kids don't look like models. Their cousins however do rather, and whilst I doubt she's worried about comparisons with herself, she may well be worried about comparisons with them. And she probably wouldn't be wrong to - they could be the most beautiful children ever to emerge, and people would still say they're ugly, and that the Wales' are far better looking. Even weirder to do these odd little teasers then, people probably wouldn't speculate about what they looked like at all if they were totally hidden from the public like other celebrity kids.

I’m sure she doesn’t. Most parents think their own children are the most beautiful humans in the world.

Meghan is very attractive, I’m sure the kids are lovely. They were very cute from what we’ve seen of their faces when they were younger so I’m sure they haven’t suddenly turned ugly, not that what they look like should matter.

Some people here are just 🙄

Surely ‘managing it well’ would be never posting pictures of their children on the internet, as they repeatedly warn other parents not to do? There is no need for A+L’s privacy - and if you believe Harry, their safety and mental health - to be compromised in this way, no need for their parents to deliberately ramp up interest with the stupid tease photos. Except of course to feed their own desperate need for attention and to promote their online shop. It’s a horrible, needless breach of the children’s privacy for their parents’ own selfish ends.

Did they warn other parents not to post pictures of their children on the internet?

Or were they warning parents about the dangers of the internet to their children in regard to bullying on the internet?

Japandi · 22/12/2025 20:15

I think that it might sting that the Wales children (certainly the older two) look very like previous monarchs and that has been remarked on frequently. Charlotte as a toddler was the spit of her great grandmother QE2.

I think H&M have pushed for L to look like Diana with her ‘blue, blue, eyes’ - as it’s the St. Diana legacy H&M are keen to specifically exploit and monetise as we have seen numerous times to date.

Who knows - they appear to have dropped that charity The Parents Network less that a year after launching (to bolster their other commercial endeavours IMHO).

Yes, I don’t they’ve ever warned other parents not to post photos of their children online, but they have talked about the dangers of bullying online etc. people seem to just make things up to suit their own agendas.

What hypocrites - lecturing others on the dangers of online bullying when they have been investigating by multiple independent publications into bullying of their own staff face to face and ‘online’ (emails) and harassment and belittling behaviour to the level that some of the dozens of employees who reported being bullied or witnessed it had to seek professional help to alleviate their emotional injury - just for going to work and trying to earn an living. Honestly people seem to just make stuff up to suit their own agendas.

Both actually. They have talked about online bullying before, and about the dangers of social media (remember Harry declaring that A+L weren’t on social media - when they were 5 and 3). He has also talked about how damaging it was to grow up in the public eye. Then he appeared on a podcast recently and said “from what I’ve seen, what I’ve heard, what I’ve experienced, is you should be really really worried, concerned and cautious about putting photographs of your kids online. Especially now, with this surge of unregulated AI. You don’t know where it’s going to go, how it’s going to be used.”

Lots of really good reasons there not to use his children in this way, and yet here we are again.

Completely wrong, Harry has done just that. Nobody needs to make up this latest bit of hypocrisy, Harry and Meghan do it all by themselves.

They’ll likely trust their own parents if their parents are loving and they have a good, happy childhood. My family have contacted my older children to tell them how terrible we are 🙄 and to lie about the issues, but my children couldn’t be less interested. Their life is with us and the other actually people in their life.

My family and others who like to stick their beak in have convinced themselves that my children would get to adulthood and desperately want them, that they were just waiting to escape us. Lol. The truth is my children have had years without these people in their life and they’re nothing to them really. I don’t think just because Archie and Lilis family are the royals, that they’ll necessarily feel any different. They’re going to have a whole childhood spanning years without these people involved. I doubt the kids will care, they’ll be almost strangers. Also, growing up in the US, they probably won’t really get the whole Royal thing.

It's not the feelings. It's the exposure they will have to it. It's an open book there in all its good, bad and ugly . Your children are not going to read about other people in your family online.

That’s not warning parents not to, it’s urging caution. The pp said ‘they repeatedly warned other parents not to’ which isn’t true.

I’m firmly in the camp of no one should be posting photos of children online, ever. It’s unnecessary and I don’t understand why Harry and Meghan or anyone else, whether Royal, celeb or just your average person does it.

No they’ve not dropped their association with The Parents Network. It was easy to find.

https://archewell.org/theparentsnetwork/

It’s still on the Archewell website. I’m not going to read it all - but perhaps anyone who believes that they’ve told other parents not to post photos of their kids online could use the link in order to find out if that is true or not.

Even without the estrangement, being from the Royal family means they would have had exposure to ‘weirdness’. If you’re in the public eye, you can’t take it all away unfortunately. I think the kids will probably have an easier time having being away from it than they would growing up in it.
