I didn’t think Charles would do it .
Well played, Sir ! 👏

He was probably pushed by William who means business. There won’t be anyone left if he has his way.

Ooodelally · 30/10/2025 22:05

Good. He’s an absolute nonce. I’d like to see him go to prison next…

babyproblems · 30/10/2025 22:07

am listening to Virginia Guiffre’s book as an audiobook currently - I knew it would be bad but it really is awful awful awful. It’s a very hard read / listen. I think there are many other women who we don’t know about..

@2010Aussie Your definition clearly says ‘holding views that are considered unorthodox or a threat to society’ what VIEWS does Andrew hold that are a threat to society?

Come on, just admit your definition does not work! And your use of the term ‘witch hunt’ is wrong!

Edited

Well Andrew's belief that he hasn't done anything wrong for a start.

A witch hunt is basically when a group or an individual are hounded for what they have allegedly done or said. I have seen at first hand a situation where people have been falsely accused of child abuse where the alleged victim has had no proof of their involvement. It ruins people's lives.

The palace have told the press (“sources say”) that it was solely Charles. It’s nothing to do with William, who is watching his family in crisis from a distance.

So he will be Andrew Windsor? Will he get a council property!

I take it...that as he no longer is a Prince...he will have no servants and people will no longer bow and curtsey to him .
Well done King Charles

He’s going to live in a multi million pound house on a royal estate, being paid £1 million a year for doing fuck all.

his life is hardly ruined.

Neither have been involved or associated with a convicted sex offender though!

Anyone who compares H&M to him are (to coin a well loved MN phrase) batshit!

Exactly. He didnt bash his brother. He told his life story as he saw it. William is free to write his if he wants. And Harry and Andrew are so so incomparable. For people who pretend they are, do they mean if someone wrote something bad about them and another sexually abused their daughter they would see these the same? Its utter madness to think this way. Even if some of what Harry has said may not be true its so minor and so far from associating with a known sex offender, raping a vulnerable teenager, and continually supporting a convicted offender after the fact. I mean the picture of Andrew at one of his daughter's birthday parties speaks volumes doesn't it. He is there with Weinstein (convicted sex offender), Epshite (convicted sex offender), Kevin Space (multiple accusations of sexual assault and pretty much a confession from him). That is a thousand country miles from Harry saying he had a fight with his brother (so many do!) or that his wife was ill-treated by some in the media (Very very very true),

Yes thanks .

Great. Glad it makes you feel better. Just hope that everyone that you pursue is actually guilty. Or is the aim just to make the victims feel better regardless of whether the people they are accusing are guilty or not?

Well done my arse

Charles is funding his brothers next mansion within Sandringham and no doubt Fergie will end up there too

well that is one way of expressing what all decent people know is a serious crime

Well 'unusual' in the sense that most people don't do it.

Maybe KC is quite ill and preparing things for William amd Kate

I wondered that too.

I've also read that he did not want to impact Bea and Eug so he may have been taking some time to get advice on what, if any, impact there would be on them. I would also expect that he would have wanted to tell them personally what was happening.

TheLivelyRose · 30/10/2025 19:31

The late Queen didn't have the heart to do it to her own son.

Charles probably won't have the heart to do it to harry his son. Once charles is dead and William's on the throne. All bets are off.

Edited

For goodness sake, Harry has done nothing wrong! Nobody has accused him of being a sex offender.

TheGander · 30/10/2025 22:13

There’s a view that at their heart, the royal family are ruthless and will exile any member that threatens the survival of “ the firm”. For example, refusing a safe passage for their Russian cousins during the revolution ( we know that happened next) because they feared communism could spread here. Exiling the late queens uncle due to his nazi sympathies ( obvs also the right thing to do, but in postwar Britain they knew how that would read with the public). And now with Andrew, the look is just too glaringly awful and he had to go ( and rightly so). But ultimately it’s about protecting the institution.

Who knows? People think William pushed for this only because DM has been at it building up his image. Those two (DM and PW) are up to something. An unholy alliance

Do innocent people pay millions of pounds to their accusers?

Crucible · 30/10/2025 22:15

Perhaps he finally admitted it all to big brother....ha!

Thedogscollar · 30/10/2025 22:15

Good riddance to him and that idiot of an ex wife.
Good on King Charles, his statement was on point and he mentioned the important people here who are the victims of this despicable man.
Entitled man all his life what a downfall and so richly deserved.

NautilusLionfish · 30/10/2025 22:15

Oh Virginia Giuffre. I wish you were alive to see this. You would have been so proud of you (which I hope you still were). You would have sighed a bit more.

But more people than the "vermin formerly known as Prince Andrew" should have had their comeuppance

upinaballoon · 30/10/2025 22:16

will he have paid any national insurance contributions towards it?

Possibly. You used to be able to pay in voluntary ones. I don't know if that is still the case.

And don’t forget the two cousins that were hidden from public view in an institution so as not to embarrass anyone. They’re all varying degrees of awful.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Do innocent people pay millions of pounds to their accusers?

Yes. That has never been an issue. No-one in their right mind would cheerfully face a jury trial on a “he said, she said” basis in a foreign jurisdiction, let alone when there is pressure to just make the lawsuit go away. The risks are simply too great, no matter how fervently you believe in your innocence.

PigglyWigglyOhYeah · 30/10/2025 20:48

What's the matter? Is 'being a reprehensible and disgusting creature' disease now airborne?

The man deserves to be stripped of his titles and kicked out of his Royal Lodge and to be made to accept that he is a national disgrace. And that has happened. Now let's hear about the others who were involved with Epstein. Trump is a good place to start.

@PigglyWigglyOhYeah

what? What’s my response to someone asking how far wood Farm and Smger Hall going to do with what you are talking about?

I hope too that wherever she is now she knows that there are many, many women here on earth who are so bloody proud of her and her resilience.

Charles actions have been far too little far too late - why are people applauding him??? He wasted no time in welcoming his brother back to the fold as soon as the queen was gone. It’s insane that so many people on this thread are all breathless in their admiration.

Andrew isn’t the only entitled man in this story 🙄
