Looks like William took George and Charlotte to see Taylor Swift for his birthday. Looks like Taylor was just as happy to meet them as they were to meet her.

Agents more like pirates went in and stole for king.

A child that I don't know why would I. I knew nothing about the photo until this thread.

If a child, or even an adult smiles at you in the street, don’t you smile back?

They might want something from me I am very cautious.

Have you been on these threads in the last few days and just changed name for this thread, by any chance?

Runnerinthenight · 23/06/2024 19:28

It's a bit like having a blue bottle buzzing round your head and you can't twat it.

Agents more like pirates went in and stole for king.

Evidence?
My evidence is from fascinating records from the Baghdad market traders. You can see exactly what was traded, when and for how much. You obviously have no idea how strong the Arab world was in Medieval times. They would not be pushed around by the English!
Don't make things up just because you want them to be true. Don't let ignorance get in the way of facts.

No I have not been on these threads for a few months I had other things going on in my life. I have name changed since then. Sorry these threads do make me laugh it's your devotion in proving me wrong that makes me laugh.

Where do you think the crown jewels come from?

Why, were William, George or Charlotte wearing them?

Nobody has to "prove you wrong" because you haven't contributed anything of value in the whole thread!! It would be great though if you still had other things going on in your life.

Come on gushing over a photo is boring I added a bit of spice to it. Page 34 not too bad I kept the conversation flowing.

Don't feel embarrassed they do look cute standing next to TS.

I have a feeling that our friend here thinks they're directing the discussion and that we're all mere pawns trying to bring them down and prove them wrong, such is their importance.

It's very like another poster this weekend, which was why I asked about the name change.

How on earth did you get "embarrassed" from that?
I'd be embarrassed to post ludicrous constitutional and historical inaccuracies

You like the royal family and what they stand for they make you feel proud to be British. There's nothing wrong with that but you can't pretend and hide away history as if it never happened.

I'm certainly not hiding from history or pretending anything. There is atrocious stuff in British history. There is atrocious stuff in the history of practically every country, do you want a list, because it isn't hard to come up with and I'd be happy to oblige.

I'm not proud to be British because of the RF. Yes, I think they are as good a system of HoS as we are likely to get, but what makes me proud to be British is our openness to people needing refuge, our refusal to be told what to do willy nilly and stubbornness when faced with adversity, among other things. The RF play a role in that because they are actually part of us, we are not really part of them.

HtH.

ETA Sorry, we sort of are part of them, given the descent of people after the Black Death.

The Black Prince's ruby? Mary, Queen of Scots pearls? The sapphires and emeralds bought in the Middle East and Baghdad by agents for Richard II and Henry IV?

Stuart sapphire too. Fair and square.
