Will, George & Charlotte - Taylor Swift concert (photos)

Looks like William took George and Charlotte to see Taylor Swift for his birthday. Looks like Taylor was just as happy to meet them as they were to meet her.

I'm not saying it is like this of course as they're royals lol, but some people when there is things like illness in the family, let their kids do whatever they want because they want to see a smile on their face. Then those kids end up on Dr.Phil or whatever with a drug or dodgy boyfriend issue.

Maybe that's what happened to Harry.

It's easily researchable and well known that the Royal Family bring in more money than they cost - I for one certainly don't begrudge the £1.29 taxpayer contribution I paid to them last year (and forecasted to be the same this year). The UK economy would be hugely worse off if we lost the RF.

You think so? I don't think that's most people's impression. I like(d) the guy but he seems miserable in his marriage and messed up. But the Harkles are a separate issue to this thread.

Andrew flew in the Falklands war . At the time he was still the Spare .
I suspect the powers that be reckoned Harry could be a liability in charge of a helicopter which is why he acted as a gunner.

I am sure he has beautiful children but as we so rarely see them ( unless Netflix are paying ) I doubt many people would recognise them.

Maybe. Plus simply being able to do something doesn’t necessarily mean you are the best at it. Maybe Harry was just more suited to copiloting 🤷‍♀️. I was just making the point that he was actually qualified as a pilot 😆

Fabulous that our benefits system fund these kids. I only wish they hadn't had to thieve, demolish and destroy to bank their cash. Amazing we still tolerate this revolving crowd.

Is it meeting Taylor that some people are so upset about, or simply the fact that they were there?

If 80,000 people go per night (with maybe 15,000 kids amongst them?) there’s a lot of people to be cross about.

Perhaps it the fact they didn’t have to get a code and queue on Ticketmaster? I reckon maybe 3-5,000 tickets each night are probably comps? Are we pissed off with all of them as well? I’d sooner a couple of kids got in than a 50 year old record label bloke.

So exactly what is the issue with a couple of kids?

Edited to say - this post was about a family having a good time, of course with unusual privilege of meeting Taylor. Nobody would deny that. About a million people have been to the Eras tour worldwide. Why the heck shouldn’t William, George and Charlotte be amongst them.

I think some people just attack the Wales family, whatever they do, or not do.

I don't know about you, but if there's one thing I cannot tolerate, it's a revolving crowd.

Dunno, maybe weekend hours are different. I only noticed yesterday because two appeared within minutes of each other; which I assumed was a scheduling glitch because one disappeared sharpish. 😄

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were at a concert last month, with their daughters. Taylor was seen hugging the girls. Are the people frothing about the royal kids also mad about that? If not, why not?
