Photoshoot for the Sussex Children?

I actually hope this isn't true. It's one thing I've always admired of the Sussexes, that they have (generally) protected their children's privacy very effectively.

I hope its not related to the new commercial venture.

I am fairly sure that the purpose will be financial .
I have also read today that a second OW interview is being planned . I do hope that is just a rumour .

You would think Oprah would keep her distance now

I presume the children will be used as part of the new venture. It certainly seems from their past behaviour that they only appear when there is a financial incentive i.e the netflix documentary.

I would be surprised if OW did another interview with them - her credibility as an interviewer took quite a hit after the last one.

But maybe that would be the point? Redemption for all?

I’ve always thought they were keeping the children back until they could market them for maximum gain. All they care about is money.

Let’s hope that it isn’t true - I agree that is something they have done right keeping the kids away from the spotlight. It’s very Kardashian if true.

Anything for money with these two. A US editor got it right today when she described them as “empty, vacuous, rich, lecturing, smug type” celebrities.

If it was a private family photo session, why would they allow the information be leaked? It can only be for the new venture.

Wonder if the photos will be released immediately after Catherine makes her first official post illness appearance.

I really don’t think Harry or Meghan would ever use the children that way. I read it was a private photo shoot.

That's not a new photo the kids are now 4 & 2 .

Just for attention or trading favors around but surely not for financial gain. I don’t know. I don’t see anything wrong with releasing the occasional photo but think
there is a line in there they wouldn’t cross.

That's not from the alleged photo shoot, it's just an old photo they've used.

You could be right, but they have already done it for the Netflix series, so it's not like they are against making a bob or two out of their kids.

I think it’s entirely possible that while they had a fantastic photographer on hand to document things for her new venture, they asked him to do some family snaps for the top of the piano as well.

or that maybe the kids will be seen from the rear, or just their little arms stirring cake batter or something

They, if I remember correctly appeared quite consistently throughout the episodes. We saw loads of previously unseen photos and videos of both children.

I just don't get why it's announced that some top fashion photographer has taken photos of their kids, maybe it is a dig at Catherine who takes amateur photos of her children and all the recent furore about the family photographs.

I for one recall the clamour about the Wales bairns being ‘wheeled out’ and the like. Given the recent clamour about Kate’s recuperation in private and the need for her to prove her existence, it is clear that Royals are thought of, by some, as very public property indeed.

This move would be a shame. Those that made a fuss about the Wales bairns being on show brought up the fact that M&H kept their bairns fiercely shielded.

I think they were right. They aren’t part of the working Royal family and can live happily in a vague anonymity.

I daresay that after the recent fuss, the RF don’t seem to have much of a choice in that regard.

H&M however do. And what they’ve been doing up to now has been wise.

If it is a photo shoot for private use then happy days.

But why make that known?

I have seen that a few apparel domains were made quite a while ago, eg Lilibet’s Closet, so perhaps there will be a kids’ line in the Orchard Riviera stuff, and the mini Sussexes will be modelling.

I'm sure this news will get a few more real people onto the waiting list for ARO, hoping to get a first glimpse of the kids.
