I think any designer is going to have their work cut out in trying to prise those Aquazzura flats out of Meghan’s hands - does she love an Aquazzura flat or what? 🤣Even though I love love loved the Birdies Goldfinch shoe - again too flat for me and have been trying to source a dupe with a 2 - 3cm heel.

😆 Probably! She does love them but I have a brand of trainers I love and will only ever buy and wear just because they always fit and are comfortable perhaps she has similar reasons with her flats

I don’t think those flats did anything for Meghan at all. Certainly not with that outfit.

The model wore it (that dress) with heels and it looked far better.

It just looked as though Meghan’s feet were long and flappy and they look nothing of the sort in heels.

I think they’d maybe look better with a wide trouser. Just showing a wee hint of toe.

I don’t think they look comfy either.

She does love Aquazzura doesn't she 🤣. There was a picture of her high heel collection that looked like it filled an entire room, and many were listed as from there I think.

I really do love those flats she wore to the hospital, they look easy to dress up or down

I agree and think flats were a good choice, the amount of walking you do in hospital to get anywhere who would want to wear heels!

I wear wedges usually. (As I said upthread I feel frumpy in flats)
Always thought it was weird that QE didn’t like them. How they all walked on cobblestones in proper heels I’ll never understand.

I find it easier to walk in a heel, if I wear flats too often I get plantar fasciitis. The Queen was quite short so perhaps she wanted a wee bit of height

Yup I almost exclusively wear Goby Shoes for work - love the heel and the toe cut so have like 9 pairs 🤣. Those flats are too flat though - my arches cry in Plantar Fasciitis whenever I see them 🤣.

Well if the Vogue article is right and her new stylist is pushing a new direction it'll be interesting to see what she wears next.

Yes, a neat little heel like that is often a lot more comfortable that full flats. Maybe Meghan is lucky and doesn't have any issues with her feet.

Also: re Meghan's new style - it's amazing to me how much impact a change in eyebrow shape has on a person's face. She looks so different with those thicker brows.
