The two men to her left look pretty formal to me! But thats ok because its just women who have their outfits picked over.

I’m a huge fan of Meghan, not only she’s smart, gorgeous and dresses well but has been known to give her middle finger to the patriarchy and the royal family in utmost style. She also has a very good looking partner who loves her to bits and two gorgeous children.

Do you think the jacket was a good look ?
And plenty of people pick over Kate’s clothes, hair , figure …..

Yet hangs on to the title given to her by the Royal Family ….

This is why we're talking about the Sussexes, including the Duchess's clothes.

It's clearly not that we are discussing her clothes @AuntieStella its how some are choosing to do so.

Can we not have ONE thread that's light hearted and for nice chat about clothes, that doesn't descend into bashing and sniping?

I know there are certain posters who are infamous for their very strong critical views on Meghan, who act as though it's their job to make 50 posts a day bashing her and seek out any thread where they can shoehorn in a mention of how awful they find her, but honestly: you don't have to air your views on how much you hate her on literally every single thread, every single day.

We already know how much you despise her, since you've posted about it basically every single day for five years.

I promise the world won't stop turning if you skip one single thread.

Meghan has more misses than hits in the 'high' fashion stakes.

She does Cali-casual so well, it's when she tries to do the stand out glamour that things often go to pot, thinking of the awful red ball gown, hertz dress, this white suit where the top looks like a contraption rather than a piece of clothing. Shift dresses, pencil skirts, pencil slim pants , wool coats all look incredible on her.

Some of her most gorgeous styling was when she was using her friend as her personal stylist.

Well said @CoughingMajoress . I wanted to see how long it would take to derail a positive thread about Meghan compared to the exact same Kate thread. Not very long, as suspected.

Hertz dress?

Yes, the yellow gold dress, can't remember what event it was, but I have seen it called the Hertz dress, which again was another really unlucky placement as she had to enter the event through a Hertz office and her dress was the same colour as the Hertz branding.

Someone needs to tell Vogue, British Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, InStyle, Allure, BazaarUK, Vogue Espana, Fashionista.com, Town&Country, Glamour, ElleUK, Saudi and ME etc etc

They keep posting complimentary articles about her since her reappearance. Repeatedly.

Oh the dress that sold out within an hour? Yes, it was stunning. Suited her gorgeous figure.

Some thought it was stunning, others thought it was dreadful, I thought it was one of her misses. It could be classed as unlucky that it ended up as a Hertz meme, but maybe not.
