Part 2 of a nice, unproblematic thread to discuss some of the fab outfits from the Duchess of Sussex, and some of the many great causes she (and Harry) and Archewell supports.

Not sure why you think I was criticising their holiday? Lucky them, I say!

I was pointing out how terribly unlucky they were that a well-heeled fellow guest snapped their photo at their exclusive private resort, and not only that, then sold it to the papers quick smart, before their short break was even up. What a heel!

Or I suppose it could have been an employee who was so careless of the confidentiality obligations they doubtless had to sign up to that they couldn’t resist selling their photo. Again, how unlucky they are….

I don't understand your post. Your 'how unlucky are they' comes across as sarcastic and meaning the opposite. I do apologise if you feel genuine sympathy for them, but I am only going by your history of being unsympathetic and indeed, scathing on occasions about anything they do.

OK. I'm obviously a bit slow today. Given derxa's laughing emoji etc, there is obviously no sympathy by her or you Serenster. And they obviously - according to you both - set these two shots up.

Sometimes, I am taken aback by the reaching to criticise on these threads. It never ceases to astound me at how mean and desperate to criticise this couple, people are.
I just imagined that a 2/3 day break by a couple who have been dragged through the mud day in day out for years, might get some respite at some time or another.
Silly me to think that.

We don’t have kids but I go away about 5-6 times a year without my hubby, I’d be making a new patio if I didn’t… ( whereas I’m a delight to live with and he’s truly blessed )

As has been said many a time, comments on MN affect m and h not a jot. Considering the news in the past week, I know who I’m worrying about. There they are enjoying a lovely break with not a care in the world. Their children safe at home. Why do they need sympathy? I don’t understand.

I don’t know where Travelyst is at the moment but H&M are certainly enjoying private jets. So would I, given an iota of a chance, but then I haven’t trumpeted about eco travel.

I do get the impression that H&M are re-entering the PR fray with various low-profile 'appearances' in addition to their organised events. Not a criticism - just an observation.

By the way, when does Omid Scobie's book come out - isn't that imminent? That should put the cat among the chickens!

I think, as celebrities with a lot of interest in them, their efforts to keep their kids out of the public eye is commendable, but it is a bit strange they only ever get papped without the kids or without their security in tow, which is why I suspect the pap shots we see of them, are not random at all, but strategically set up.

By comparison, Amal and George Clooney also keep their kids out of the public eye and as a couple they rarely get papped randomly. They often get papped in Italy though,, where they are usually photographed as a family, (with the kids faces pixellated in printed images), with their security and entourage also photographed, so I suspect they are unlikely to be set up.

I really would not be surprised at all if H&M cooperate with the paparazzi, it's what most celebs do, I think H&M just do it on their terms with pre agreed photographers and pre agreed locations, as in the case of the Caribbean photo. They can go undercover for months at a time when they want to.

They wanted to be papped, on this occasion in the place where billionaires go to escape millionaires. Anyone living/working on the island would be very unlikely to take a photo of anyone and sell it to the papers, it's exactly why billionaires holiday there . It's yet another H&M photo mystery🧐.

Meghan and 'this one here' really are the gift that keeps on giving in terms of ridiculousness and taking (some) people for fools. It's entertaining and I'm always here for it 😁

Whats entertaining is people totally making up a story from seeing one photo, based on their own personal feelings about someone they don't know but don't like, and then making judgements about them based on an entirely made up story/theory. It's hilarious.

The first trip, they were going to two different cities that are more than 400 miles apart - Bordeaux and Marseilles. And on two different days. Logistically they couldn’t have shared a flight.

This weekend, they both went to Marseilles, but the different games they attended were on Saturday (William and George) and Sunday (Kate). Do we know for certain that the whole family didn’t travel down to Marseilles for the weekend?

As I say 'Meghan and 'this one here' and the gift that keeps on giving and I like to think by talking about them (work and other commitments allowing) I'm doing my bit to help keep them relevant. So it's a win win 👍 😊

They could have just travelled together or visited the one place. So many options that would have been better for the environment.

Yeah lol. They could have just gone to the one match together….or not at all….you know, if they are truly environmentally conscious.
