IMO, critiquing fashion is the same as critiquing paintings or artistic photography. As long as it's about the clothes and not the body under the clothes it's all good.

I'm commenting on fashion and what Kate is wearing. And in a fair way I feel.

I think it's a very fine line. If Catherine was ever to read these threads (she might) would she be hurt? Would she think it's bitchy? I don't know.

Sometimes it feels like carte blanche to rip apart someone who can't reply. It must be so so hard to put yourself out there; she must have all the hang ups we all have. The bad days. The days she's got pmt and feels like shit.

Sometimes it feels uncomfortable when as women I'd rather we boosted each other.

I am bewildered that you think Catherine has been influenced by Meghan . It is quite clear that her style has changed as she has become more comfortable in her role and especially since HM died . As someone else commented , HM didn’t like women wearing trousers for official duties .
Whilst Meghan looks great in jeans/ shirt combo , her more formal outfits were very hit or miss plus so many outfits simply didn’t fit her properly . I have a friend who was a professional seamstress and she used to despair at some of the poorly fitting clothes.

It's just odd and unnecessary. Roussette can have different opinions on different things, just like you do, and we all do. There's no need to personally attack her and follow her from thread to thread, as you admit, to add negativity because you may not like her opinions.

It is entirely my issue. If I had a moral objection to the RF I wouldn't be able to discuss the fashion choices of the individuals of the members of the RF as if the moral issues didn't exist.

I wouldn't feel able to discuss the fashion choices of the Dubai RF, for example, given the probabilty that various women have testified to the abuses they have experienced are true.

I wonder what her style is like when she goes out privately, on a girls night out, a date night or a night out with other couples or out with her family. Does she have a completely different style, I don't think I have ever seen photos of her out and about doing personal socialising. I wonder does she pull out the coat dress for a nice fancy lunch with the girls?
