They always use the follicles at the front first since it creates the impression of having a full crown of hair and people don't often notice your hair from the back angle. Once they have used the pubic and underarm follicles, if you are not generally very hairy, they won't have anything left to use from your own body.

Donated follicles have a lower success rate. I think I can see a variety of different hair types on his crown so it may be a mix of his wiry pubic hair mixed with donor.
A family member had it done a few years ago. It vastly improved their appearance but they have a much smaller head than Harry so it was easier to get a better result.

It doesn't take that long to have your case heard. It is obvious that somebody has encouraged him to get litigious in the last three years which is very much in keeping with the Angeleno showbizzy mindset.

On second thoughts, he may have left the pubic hair alone (for insulation) and gone all-donor if he is prone to frostbite. One never knows where one's private jet may land them in the world!
