I support the celebs in their claims, but for Harry to appear grinning and waving at the Court on the back of his God awful gossipy reality show and tell all book, where he invaded everyone else's privacy is just batshit even by his standards.

Harry obviously missed ANL because he replicated their role in disseminating equally (if not more) damning information about himself and his family without ANL's input.

I'm totally behind Harry on this. The people who haven't settled are very brave to still be pursuing this.

I just know if he'd settled out of court, the same posters who spend their time criticising him, would've made mincemeat of him.

Yes I admire anyone brave enough to take on the Fail. That media organisation has such a malign influence over the whole of the UK and far too much power. It takes a lot of guts to stand up to them.

A poster who writes that journalists should target Louis (ref Archie on the balcony thread) is honestly no better than one who pokes fun at people with disabilities.

They do seem untouchable. But not quite.

They were super annoyed with MM when she won and asked for them to give her some of their profits. The whole point of them writing these negative things about H&M is greed and profits, every penny that leaves the coffers grates. As another poster has pointed out, having people who can challenge, doing that, helps to set the narrative straight that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. If this group wins, it can embolden more people not to take it lying down.

It's a big group this time, quite likely to win. Even the likes of Sienna Miller winning is adding up.

They make make fun of Harry, but from what I have seen, since he left, there are no outright lies that he cannot correct anymore.

This is just a prelim hearing for lawyers arguments to see whether the judge will let the case continue. Witness statements from those involved aren’t required until May 8/9.

I don’t think any of the others involved have turned up today.

If it hadn’t been cancelled because of the French protestors this would be the first day of Charles’ French trip. Not a bad way to try to take attention away to turn up to a court case and parade in front of the photographers.
