I think if Meghan can sue, Samantha can sue. But I can't see how Samantha has a winnable case. Still it would be interesting to see Meghan being cross-examined and seeing the disclosure documents. Those always produce interesting tidbits. Maybe there'll be enough in them for SM to get a book out if it to recoup her lawyer fees.

Motion to dismiss will be heard on the 15th of February. I'd pay more attention when it moves past it.

Yep, I saw this. Probably won’t go anywhere but if it does, from the little I’ve seen of Samantha , she can be pretty awful. I think it’s possible some tabloid media outlet is backing her, so it gets to prolong their determination to make Meghan look bad/keep the clicks coming.

Meghan has been quiet for a while and there’s a bit of a lull between Harry’s book and Charle’s coronation.

And speculation about whether M&H will go to the coronation can only fill so many pages until people get bored.

I’ve no idea how it will turn out but a deposition could be very interesting.

It really depends on the judge I guess, whether it makes it past the date a poster has mentioned above

If it is dismissed it will probably be because the Judge recognizes that US citizens are fed up to their back teeth of hearing from Harry and Meghan. They are such a joke in the US, I can't even put it in words. Americans are even more dismissive of them than Brits.
