I don't believe she was advised against inviting her. Samantha was making an arse of herself in the lead up to wedding. Nobody would have questioned why she wasn't invited. It was obvious to anyone who watched the news.

The lawsuit is petty but it would be so much fun to watch them squirm if they are deposed.

It was MMs wedding and she was told not to invite family, or the Palace said she could invite who she wanted? If anyone seriously believes a bride is instructed to invite only one member of her family, they need a reality check. Of course meghan knows she can say what she likes because there would be no official contradiction. My point (which you are missing) is that if this came up in a court of law a palace official would HAVE to give evidence. ...As they did in the newspaper trial and exposed meghan as the liar she was proven to be.

🤣 have you listened to it? He's hardly Stephen Fry. Harry doesn't know how to recite a book. The few excerpts I've heard have been very monotonous. No emotion, just a child concentrating on reading it correctly.
