Why are posters getting their knickers in a twist about Sasha? Why shouldn't she tell her side of the story? It's only fair.

He opened the door.

And what’s worse is that he’s likely used her as collateral damage to conceal/protect who he really “lost his v” to as Rupert Everett is implying.

He’s vile.

Is RE implying he’s had a gay encounter? I really struggle to think what he means and how he knows anyway.

Companyofwolves · 10/02/2023 09:04

@BeautifulDayintheneighbourhood I did wonder that.

Well she's a pleb who needs to remember her lowly position in the societal hierarchy, or rather the Patriarchy Grin

He had only physically met Meghan for a couple of hours before they hit the sack together. Infact, he knew Sasha a lot better than Meghan in a friendship capacity.

Where on earth did you get this?
I read and heard about a date where they talked for hours, and decided to meet again. Nothing implying 'hitting the sack' in any of those. In fact, no mention of sex in any of their talks about the first time they met.

As for H hating women? Where are you getting this narrative. He talked very respectfully regarding Chels/Cress/ (the other woman who dumped him due to press stalking her, I forgot her name, sorry).

One of my favourite parts of the book is him describing how he first saw MM and called her 'heart attack beautiful'.

Stop fantasising and spreading nonsense.

Do you need instructions about how to check your blood pressure 😝
Sex after two dinner dates (one of which lasted an hour if I remember) is what it is. Sex with a longstanding friend actually sounds classier.
I know who is the biggest fantasist and denier on these threads @notanotheroneagain

I think that Sasha came across better than she had done in print. I don't think the comment about Harry "downgrading" was entirely tongue-in-cheek.

Piers forgot to ask her "BUT IS HE NAICE?". I suppose the answer to that is already known.

FunnyWorldWeLiveIn · 10/02/2023 09:12

Good on her for speaking out. Elder (2 years Confused

@BeautifulDayintheneighbourhood

“By the way, I know who the woman he lost his virginity to is,” Everett, 63, quipped to the U.K.’s Telegraph in an interview published on Thursday, February 2. “And it wasn’t behind a pub. And it wasn’t in this country.”

No not gay then.

PissedOffofTiverton1790 · 10/02/2023 09:25

I expect he led another woman at a later date to believe it was his first time.

Ridemeginger · 10/02/2023 09:38

I thought Sasha came across well in the Piers Morgan interview. She's clearly not willing to embellish her account or go on the attack against Harry. She seems unhappy and resigned, and a bit uncomfortable talking about it rather than enjoying the drama. It feels like she's walking a fine line between getting her own POV across, not wanting to look like she's criticising Harry, but also wanting people to know it should have stayed as a private matter.

Some context for anyone interested. This pub shag incident happened shortly before Harry's 17th birthday (which falls in September), so Summer 2001. The following Spring (March 2002), Harry was in Cloisters skiing when his great gran (The Queen Mother) died - a pretty big event he's completely mis- remembered or lied about in his book. One of the press events at the start of that Cloisters holiday was a pre-arranged photo call, which the RF would agree to so that the press would leave them alone for the rest of the holiday. Press reporting at the time of this photo call referred to a recent drug scandal involving Harry, the first time he had been photographed formally since that story broke. The press pack flew back to the UK after that photo call, just as the QM's death was announced. That Harry, on this holiday, both experienced this humiliating photo shoot with the press he hated after being exposed by a tabloid doing drugs, and the QM's death (resulting in an unprecedented joint flight home with the two other heirs to the throne, his dad and brother), makes his claim that he was at Eton when she died even more patently absurd.

The drug scandal in question had broken around January 2002. Harry had been "exposed" by a tabloid for taking drugs when he was aged 16, and Charles had sent him to visit a drug therapy group in South London.
This CNN article dated 1 March 2002 (below) reports on the matter, and implied that drug sessions took place at the other pub that was named as the possible shag venue, the Rattlebone Inn. The Guardian article copied below gives further details about Harry being home alone at Highgrove at various times during Summer 2001, getting involved with a "bad lot" in the Rattlebone, and getting barred for fighting.

Wiltshire police at the time said there was no evidence against Harry to press charges for under age drinking. In the light of both Harry's and Sasha's accounts they didn't try very hard to investigate!

Nobody's asked Sasha this, but I wonder if it was more than just shots being consumed that Summer evening in 2001? Different pub, but possibly the same crowd? As so much tabloid attention was on Harry and his activities in Wiltshire that summer of 2001, it's really not hard to see how the tabloid press in 2023 had all they needed in their archives to narrow down Harry's mystery older woman.

He got to lose his V Plates twice because he is a princey-wincey, I expect.

Plitvice · 10/02/2023 10:06

Sasha looks a LOT like Chelsey Davy. It looks like he definitely had a type.

She is very 'Speak no BS, Hear no BS' unlike what he moved onto later.

I wasn't going to watch it as my first though about Piers Morgan is a PP comment of sarcastic classy - but I did and this sums it up well.

She seemed narked but putting on a brave face and smiling though.

Interesting comments about how lucky Harry was not to be growing up with camera phones and social media - even my DC have had that issue DD1 was injured in a mixed PE lesson and while the teen boy was distressed and teachers busy large part of the class had phones out filing and later had to be read the riot act about not putting it on social media. Next generation of teens in RF will probably be much more restricted and more aware of constantly being on show and guarding what little privacy they have.

notanotheroneagain · 10/02/2023 11:06

The press hadstarted harassing her & she was put into a collaborate with us & control the narrative or be fair game & we’ll go in on you conundrum. They would dig out anyone else she’d ever slept with. Find out if as an “older woman” she ever made a habit of shagging younger men in fields or outdoors if she’s a “kinky seductress”? Pay people from her past to sell photos of her or stalk her friends & family to get “news” they could splash over front pages.

I don't read the rags, but did this happen actually?

Yes. Didn't someone say she was only a 'bit part character' or words to that effect?

Not someone on the exalted levels of Prince Chilly Todger, who gets to tell 'his truth' and be called 'brave' for it.

HareAndBear · 10/02/2023 11:26

notanotheroneagain · 10/02/2023 07:41

Tom Bradby? Are you having a laugh?
He would probably give this a miss, I would say.

I don't watch Piers, but I have not seen this woman story on mainstream TV (not even on that rag on telly , ITV). Remember the time Piers used to be on mainstream tv?😅

The woman did not have to come out at all. There is no description of her, not even her hair colour. A vague 'likes horses' - just like a lot of people in the countryside. A vague 'older'- throwing us off the scent, I expected her to be in her 50s/60s by now.
It was ages ago, I'm surprised she even remembers. When I read it, I shrugged, it's part of a biography when you talk about your formative years, and it was a few lines in reference of something else.

She comes from a close knit community where people talk, the press would have harassed her. As she said, she was protecting her children and getting the inevitable out of the way.

She had 2 decades to sell her story but never said a word. Doesn't sound like much of a 'grifter' to me. If Harry hadn't thought it appropriate to tell the whole world about this "2 minute romp in some horse manure" we'd never have heard of Sasha Walpole.

And Meghan is quite welcome to her balding manchild and his frozen todger.

Seriously.
Never saw her on mainstream TV. Just found out on today's posts on here what her name is.

Most people don't even know of her existence still.

Had her 15 minutes of fame, made some dosh.

Everyone will forget of her existence before Monday.

😂😂

What a crass, misogynist post. So, it's ok for Harry to bleat to the world about his frostbit todger, go on how many talk shows in the US, but this woman who's been chased by the press because if the single immature paragraph in Harry's book has to keep schtum? Righty-O.

TangledWebOfDeception · 10/02/2023 11:56

Isn’t it just? She’s hardly spent two decades wishing she was a duchess. She was perfectly happy getting on with her life until she was thrown under a bus.
