25page doc debunking bullying lies

Ok, so tell me, why is the media who are always so forensic about H&M are not investigating and following up on what was on that report where H&M submitted that there was no bullying?

Why didn't the 'palace source' leak this document?

They usually give us a blow by blow account on anything negative about the couple.

I guess either they are trying to move on from the bullying report because there was no bullying and it suits them to leave that hanging (a bit like the racism claim I suppose). I think it's unlikely as Harry's book does include stories of staff members head in hands and we know there was a high turnover of staff who presumably were not leaving because they loved it so much there. Plus the other stories of Harry treating underlings like shit of course.

Or more likely - they are trying to move on from the bullying report because they don't want to "do a Harry" and trash them publicly - when they go low we go high kind of thing. Their view is these things should be dealt with internally. Plus if it's really bad, there might also be criticism of the RF for letting them get away with it and not protecting their staff properly.

notanotheroneagain · 27/01/2023 14:35

Not sure what your angle is.

Never heard of H treating staff like shit.

If anything, it seems the maid/cook/dresser/poolboy/ anyone were the ones allowed to treat a prince like shit.

The book clearly states that the staff were overworking, while underpaid. Hence the frustration from and for them. Didn't read about a high staff turnover, but I did read about a staff who was cashing/trading in and HR fired them. I did read about working conditions of a cold and dark office that MM had to use her credit card to buy lights and heaters.

As for the racism, H may call it whatever he wants - softening it, really . I would still call it racism. I do understand where he is coming from though.

They don't want to 'do a Harry', seriously? They have been publicly trashing Harry via the palace source almost daily!

The Sharkles have lied time and time again. The "debunking" means nothing when coming from proven liars 😂

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 27/01/2023 14:41

You read about a staff member who PH said was cashing in and who was fired. Given his somewhat flexible attitude to the truth of events I'd be wary of accepting that as gospel.

Never heard of H treating staff like shit.

Yep, subordinates bully the people on who their livelihood depends all the time in the royal household.

PS - poolboy? I know there's a pool at Buck H but I don't think it stretches to staffing it with poolboys. No idea what you're on about there.

notanotheroneagain · 27/01/2023 14:48

What are you talking about, they did not depend on Harry for anything.

It was allowed from the top that H could be treated any which way. The press, even subordinates could see they could treat him any which way and they would get away with it.

To take in point Angela Kelly and her tiara shenanigans. At one point she gives him a look that makes him shudder and says 'it's not over'. Be she wouldn't do this to Charles nor MHQE. She would not even come close.

FFS, I've seen people assigned to look after pools/ivy growing on the building/rugby,hockey, football field and all sorts. That is just in schools and stately homes,. At the palace, you can bet your bottom dollar, there is someone looking after the pool especially.

Anyway, that is not the point of the thread and you are just trying to divert.

They are/were employees of the royal family - including, at the time, Harry. If they didn't depend on him for anything how was a member of staff allegedly taking freebies fired?

And Kelly reported to the queen; no-one else. If 'At one point she gives him a look that makes him shudder and says 'it's not over' even happened (which, given that it's his account, is debatable).

Mumsnut · 27/01/2023 14:56

Why didn't H & M publish it?

Nope, just pointing out that you seem to be coming at this from a POV that doesn't seem to have very much understanding of this institution.

Rhondaa · 27/01/2023 14:58

'Or more likely - they are trying to move on from the bullying report because they don't want to "do a Harry" and trash them publicly - when they go low we go high kind of thing.'

This. They aren't the mud slinging Markles, i bet they will have a shit load of stuff that would seriously damage Harold's diminishing credibility but they won't retaliate because the rf don't think they are on Jezza Kyle.

IcedPurple · 27/01/2023 15:02

Mumsnut · 27/01/2023 14:56

Why didn't H & M publish it?

I guess for the same reason they have never actually denied the claims?

Or why, despite being very litigious with regard to the British press, have never taken legal action against The Sunday Times?

BlackFriday · 27/01/2023 15:09

"'At one point she gives him a look that makes him shudder and says 'it's not over'"
That's purely Harry's paranoia interpretation of something which may or may not have even happened. It could just as easily have been her masking indigestion.

William was the boss at KP, not Harry.

H&M were senior members, who look like they had been undermined by everyone. No one depended on him. In fact it does seem they went and lied about him to William - the more senior boss.

Disappointed with William, as it seems he quickly believed them, and did not investigate fully and thoughtfully how MM suddenly moved from a friendly lighthearted girl next door to a supposed bully. There is no where that it seems William actually saw her bullying anyone. Even in rag reports.

You also have not addresses why the 25 page report has not been leaked, as is usual with MM.

OP posts:
queentim · 27/01/2023 15:14

Because it does not show what the British l family wants it to. It's interesting to me that not one of the 1000 employees have leaked such an accessible policy.

Ohnonevermind · 27/01/2023 15:16

William seems like a great employer. Protecting his staff and caring about their well-being.

Having a nanny since George was a baby.

Ohnonevermind · 27/01/2023 15:16

The same nanny

I think you've confused me with someone else. I have no idea what this report is, who compiled it, or why I should address anything about its leak or non leak, being as how I have nothing whatsover to do with it.

What evidence is there for the existence of this 'report'?

Kind of the point, isn't it?
You don't talk about the report, then no one knows it exists.
But you can tell us that when H called Granny about Lili, it was not to request her name, but tot tell HMQE that is what the baby's name it, and oh, from now on us the palace will answer back any lies. Yep, that is what we were told. So why the quiet now.

I tell you what. Now, H&M can answer back any lies that Wasp/Fly/Bee put out there.

And frankly, I have a feeling that no one in the palace wants this report to come to light.

OP, you're sounding just like Harry - or "H" as you seem to prefer to call him.
Why don't you go and have a lie down. Or live your life without worrying what a couple of multi-millionaires across the world are doing.

This one, apparently

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11611717/Harry-Meghans-25-page-rebuttal-bullying-claims-Prince-rails-against-royal-staff-lies.html

25 pages seems very long for 'I categorically deny that I have ever bullied x,y and z and this comes down to a difference to expectations and outlook.' 25 pages implies there was rather a lot of accusations.

Why didn't H & M publish it?

Surely, the palace does not want this report published.

They would have leaked it by now.

Presumably, it's in the 400 pages that were reduced. Bu if the palace want it out there, they can test H, I feel he would then publish it. He seems to want his family to reconcile, and has held back a lot.
