Jessica at the laptop registering ‘Sussex Global Charities’ is akin to a cocky college grad chancing their arm by setting up an ‘international corporation’ in their parents’ box bedroom.

H and M would have been heavily involved though because of the age of Charles. Should George have become heir while underage then Harry would have been on standby to be Regent, as the next in line to the throne over 21.

Kate’s family would have brought them. No doubt.

You'd have to hope that the decision would be made in the best interests of the children, but I doubt the royals would have given the Middleton's complete free reign with the kids. Especially George.

Harry would be regent as the next adult in line. Or Kate maybe?

There would have to be a Regency Act made, as there was in 1953 to make Prince Philip the prospective Regent rather than Princess Margaret, to allow Kate to be Regent either for William, if he was incapacitated, or George if he was a minor.

Posh Canadians have second homes. The rest of us (the vast majority), especially those in Vancouver, Victoria, and Toronto, can barely afford one home - house prices are punative in those cities.

If they really wanted to show off their credentials as progressive, non-stuffy, non-royal private citizens wanting to change the world, they could refer to themselves simply as Harry and Meghan. They're famous enough already to get away with that.

So I don't understand their insistence of clinging on to the prissy titles - the HRH, The Duke, The Duchess, The 'Sussexes' - when those are the things they say they're trying to get away from.

They clearly can't see the hypocrisy, indeed nonsense, in trying to maintain non-regal regal personas.
