If Prince Andrew wasn't in the room, who was in charge of the tour? Who allowed them to sit on The Queen's thrones? Who took the photo and how did it come into the hands of the Telegraph?
I wouldn't know about the Telegraph, but why should there be any doubt that Andrew went along with the whole thing? Given his mother's carefully arranged "two fingers to the nation" when taking him horseriding and to church when this first blew up, isn't it obvious she'll sanction him doing precisely what he wants?
This whole rotten family really are utterly unaccountable; the PR spinners may try to pretend they care what the public thinks, but push them at all and the rigid finger appears all too quickly
