How have you upset your cat today?

I coughed. Quietly.

Not my cat but I upset the neighbour's cat that likes to walk along my garden wall by, er, being in my garden at the time.

i sat on the sofa so she jumped up and bit my hand

Tried to dry her when she came in from the rain. Times 2. Cat 3 loves being dried but she wasn't wet!

Coming home 🤣

Rescued a frog she was attacking (who was screaming like a person). She tried to run up a tree so I picked her up and took her inside. She then ran and away and hid and peered at me crossly. She was still a bit icy when I came home from work! Cats in a sulk are so funny.

I got a new robot vacuum, that didn’t go down very well!

I'm not looking at her.

Lured boy cat in for the night with dreamies!
We try and keep them in over night if possible, he was outside the front door, didn't want to come in. I made a trail of dreamies which he can't resist, he followed it inside and I shut the door!
He was very cross!

Didn't drop everything the second Girlcat requested her night time cuddles last night.

Upset boy cat as I wouldn't go outside to fuss him constantly. Upset him at bedtime as I wouldn't let him go back outside.
Upset girl cat number 1 as I wouldn't let her eat the spring rolls at dinner time 😂😂😂😂
The other girl cat has been draped in the window bottom all day lol

Stopped stroking her because I had to work.

We have three black cats. I opened the back door for them to go out, and went off to draw the living room curtains. Came back to find four black cats in the kitchen. Did a head count, yep, four. Obviously they'd invited a friend round for breakfast. They were all seriously pissed off with me for ejecting the gatecrasher.

My silly ragdoll house cat tried to push past me to get out of the house even though she’s scared and then she was annoyed when we tried to get her out from under a car. She doesn’t want to be outside but rather than going back in, she stubbornly keeps walking 🤣

I’ve only been awake for half an hour and have upset both of my cats already.
Firstly, I didn’t put their wet food in their bowls immediately upon entering the kitchen. Of course, I should know better than this. Howling at me for 3 minutes was completely justified.
Secondly, I stopped stroking them both to take a sip of coffee. Again, I was wrong and shouldn’t have done this.
Thirdly, I shut them out of the bathroom so I could have my morning ablutions in peace. I’m not actually sorry about this one.

In the process of upsetting him because he has come home late (normally waiting at 6 am) for his breakfast and much to his disgust I am sat on the sofa woth a cup of tea. He has used the scratching pole which hasn't moved me, now he is flirting but if I don't go and serve him soon he will bite me.

I don't know, but she refused to eat her breakfast (even when sweetened with some tuby stuff) and is now sitting facing away from me on the back of the sofa (rather than demanding her morning stretch and stroke on my lap.

She's clearly miffed about something, hopefully I figure out what it is at some point before she does something horrible to the washing (her preferred punishment for me)

There is a strike four actually, stepchildren and I have just laughed when one of them fell off the sofa. The grumpy fluffball is now sitting in the corner of the room scowling at us.

Tipped her off my chair which I vacated only to go and make a cup of tea !

Moved my leg in bed when he was lying near to it (stretched horizontally with more space than me or DH).

Put them in their catio when the cleaner arrived. They do not like the vacuum cleaner at all and would prefer the floors to remain filthy.

DCat2 was fuming at me because I did not go to bed on time… I waited up for DH who had a work social. Sat in the lounge doorway and huffed at me!

Meanwhile DCat1 was fuming that DH was not home, which was completely my fault and nothing to do with DH. Ignored me waiting up with him and then acted like the second coming once DH arrived.

I started Childminding. My cat does not like toddlers! 🫣🐈‍⬛️

Fed her exactly the same breakfast as usual
But apparently today that is unacceptable

I wasn't impressed with all the dead baby mice in the garden. Apparently he feels his hunting skills have been undervalued & is now sulking
