How have you upset your cat today?

I coughed. Quietly.

I haven't fed him, despite the fact he has just had his second breakfast and there is still food on the plate.

I opened the door to let her out and it’s raining. Apparently that’s my fault. After about 5 minutes of screaming at me I pushed her out and shut the door because I knew she wanted a wee.
she’s fuming with me now!

Went for a wee
Stroked him
Worked upstairs in my study
Administered treats incorrectly

Admittedly, he wasn't as angry as when DH caught and freed the live baby mouse he caught and was playing with in my dining room.

I wasn't suitably appreciative when one of them came in soaking wet this morning and wanted to dry himself on me.

I'm still working up the courage to upset the other one who's commandeered a large parcel containing boxes of shoes that was delivered over a week ago and some or all need to be returned. She's been asleep in the box every time I've looked but if I don't send them back soon, that's hundreds of pounds of shoes that aren't suitable so needs must.

Tried to wash his head after he sat under a car and some oil dripped on it.

I have not upset her because I saw her on the blanket that I wanted and instead of moving her, like a normal person, I went and found a completely different blanket from quite an inconvenient place and used that instead. I think I’m a big mug!

Brushed him. Stopped brushing him.

I gave him the second half of his breakfast when he asked for it. He stalked off affronted and disgusted and has been sulking in the flowerbed ever since.

I refused to let him run away and join the local foxy gang at 1.30am this morning - despite them yelling at eachother!

Bought an electric kettle after having a stove top one since she was a kitten. It is a ‘strange object that makes a noise’ apparently and has to be dealt with by biting my ankles from under the sofa.

I drank from my cup of tea while she was on my lap. Unacceptable.

We came home from holiday. Apparently the food lady (aka my DM) dishes out treats and cat milk like there is no tomorrow. Poor kitties are now back to measly rations of dreamies

Lol, yes, my moggies are all seniors. This new whippersnapper has no grey hairs!

I went into our bedroom and said 'hello', which interrupted her snooze on the bed. She was displeased.

Tried to work on my laptop when I should have been giving her attention. This is a regular thing. I am very disappointing in general as an owner.

Moved her food because I was cleaning the skirting.

The dirty looks and wailing were quite something.

I don't actually have a cat, but the grey and white cat that apparently owns my front garden was very upset when I took our dog out of the front door for his walk. Looked at me like I am the lowest life form on the planet, from the roof of my car.

Same! She loves having the house and garden to herself, she even gives the dog evil looks if he has the audacity to venture outside...I'm just a mere servent of thy furry one!

Moved him off my side of the bed so that I could actually get in myself.
