Lenny thinks we should all furq off.

Interesting that Lenny has elected to sit next to the entire series of

The Birds of the British Isles

I was wondering if he opens the books and has pipe-dreams about what he'd do to the various birds discussed in them.

Thanks for the new thread, Broon 😻
Edited as I put a full stop instead of a comma. Turns out I can't eat tortillas and type at the same time!

CatsonPollock · 30/04/2026 20:44

The Pollocks say thanks for the new thread and they won't be furqing off any time soon.

I’m not so sure Apollo looks all that innocent, @Theunamedcat!

Thanks for the new thread, Broon. I’ve just got back from a lovely couple of days in Rye & Kitty’s been thoroughly pampered by her favourite auntie.

ShoutyCatSlave · 30/04/2026 21:24

Agatha has been fighting. She now has a burst abscess behind her ear, along with continued infection, swelling, zero fur and a big ole nasty hole which she keeps scratching. ☹️. 1 vet visit, 2x injections and £120 later and she's still shouting at me, from 5am, but doesn't want to come in for snuggles because it probably hurts and she likely feels like rubbish. Poor sausage. She's also lost weight and is now less than 4kg. Hopefully she'll feel better soon and be back up to 4.3 ish.

Oh well. Welcome to the new cats! Hope all the "old" kitties and owners are doing well. It was good to hear about Benny.

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 30/04/2026 21:27

But what did Apollo actually do @Theunamedcat?

Diagram/Pictures or it didn't happen.
🤣

Oh Shouty poor old Agatha.
I hope she feels better soon.

Poor Agatha!

I don't know why but I have the feeling I am being watched tonight.

Beware the void... 👀

Kitty’s just realised the fun that can be had with toilet rolls.

Oh dear.

Your photo is terrifying and hilarious in equal measure. Love it 😻.
I've told my boys that they need to dramatically upgrade their voiding skills.

Allergictoironing · 01/05/2026 07:51

Girlcat has very developed voiding skills, which worked to her disadvantage the other day.

I have a sort of lean to type conservatory on the back of the house which is mostly full of junk, and Girlcat loves going in there especially in the warmer weather as that's where mice have been known to find their way into the house (through the hole for the no longer working tumble dryer vent). Trouble is, I close that door then the kitchen door when I go out & before bed and she has a habit of vanishing in there & failing to come out when I call.

That's twice this year already she's very nearly ended up shut in there, once over night & once before going to work.

Pianoaholic · 01/05/2026 10:38

Thanks for the new thread.
Herbie thinks it will be furquin good.
I have been busy on the MAFS Australia threads which are always very funny. And it has got to the point where we are all posting cat photos as the show itself is getting tedious.

Herbie has been an absolute nightmare with his scavenging and going after our food. Yesterday he hunted and 'caught' DS'S ham sandwich and ate it. Silly of DS to leave it unattended though.

There is a cheeky magpie which keeps landing on the conservatory roof and tormenting Herbie!

You'd think that would be why Gizmo is always so keen to get into the bathroom but he hasn't discovered loo rolls yet.

He just wants to investigate the cupboard under the sink. I've told him there's no cat food in there, but he doesn't listen.

Defiantly41 · 01/05/2026 16:02

Thanks for the new thread Broon.

we are celebrating Miss B’s 20th birthday today, we adopted her 19 years ago (with her sister) when she was just over a year old, not sure exact when in May 2006 she was born but today is as good a day as any!
