Because that's Gizmo's little game. Or at least, that's what generally ends up happening.

Gizmo never gets in the drawer. He just opens it, then wanders off.

Kitty loves sleeping in the drawers, they’ve got nice cosy jumpers & bedding in.

I don’t usually open them for her at night, but she does like them when the fireworks are on. I think she feels a bit more sheltered in there.

That determination of Gizmo’s is what we who do not live with or next to him love about him.

My lot are a bit full of chicken and are now napping, but I'm sure they can be persuaded to wake up and cause mischief. Frank is very skilled at tripping people on the stairs, he doesn't mind if you're going up or down, he'll get you both ways.

Fred says he is so sweet and innocent for anything nefarious, but he will summon Things with the ouija.

Well, I watched him fiddling with it today and he looked very pleased when the drawer opened.
He had a quick look inside but made no attempt to get in. Then he walked off.

I bid on a soup maker on Ebay and got it at a bargain price. I decided to get the larger one, as it makes more.

But there is a limit to how much soup even I can consume. I should have got the smaller one.

There are now ten large portions of delicious home-made cream of tomato soup in my kitchen.

Oh well. I'll have to freeze some, but there isn't much room.

Or would anyone like to pop up to Argyll for a late lunch?
