Afraid I haven't yet spotted a single cat in Norway. Weather is scorching, yesterday and today has been 29 degrees so we cooled off in a freezing fjord!
Missing Herbie and hope he's coping in the heat. He was unsociable at the cattery, growling and hissing at the other cats!
Then he tore at our heartstrings by yowling very pitifully as we left.
I have enjoyed catching up with the thread!

Boris is home, much to the disappointment of Matilda who hasn't seemed to miss him at all. He was a very sorry sight when he got out of the carrier. His back legs and part of his tail were wet and spiky and he must have peed and then sat in it. I originally thought it must have been in the carrier, but the towel I put in there was dry. It seems very weird that the vets didn't mention it if he was like than when he went in. They are normally super thorough and I wouldn't have expected them to try and clean him, considering how feisty he was being with them. He's had a wash and looking much more like himself, though with a slight urine scent.

Pleased to hear Boris is home - even if he does niff a bit. Best wishes to him.

Hope Boris feels better (and is more fragrant) very soon, and Matilda decides she likes him after all

Boris is feeling (and smelling) much better. He spent most of the day lounging around and pestering me for fuss and has just gone mad playing on the cat tree and has now found a Mollies mouse to attack.

I am currently trapped under a sleeping cat. I'm hungry, the rest of the tribe are all appearing for their dinner, and I'm not very comfortable, but how can I disturb this stupid face?

Have ordered some cooler clothes to be delivered tomorrow. One of the advantages of London is immediate delivery, of just about anything.
