Photos of my late girl, Princess Pud Pud (known as Puds) as requested. She was an absolute beauty and she knew it. Vets and groomers would fall over themselves when they saw her and would tell me how she was the best behaved cat ever. They never believed me when I told them that if I tried to brush her, cut her toenails or administer meds I would be left with blood injuries!
And yes, she was bossy. She was a very shouty cat and I often thought she sounded like she was continuously listing all the ways in which I had failed to meet expectations. I realised the other day that I still sleep on the very edge of the bed as rolling into her 3/4 of the bed was met with a swift whip of the tail in the face or a kick in the face. She had me well trained.
Also like Pen, she managed to run up some pretty impressive vet bills over the years, particularly in the last year of her life. Worth every penny.
Despite making out that I was a barely adequate staff member, she did follow me around the house and I could never go away and leave her with a pet sitter for more than 1 week. She was a real character and made me laugh with her daft behaviour.
