Hi mumsnetters. I’ve been to view this gorgeous cat today. Pending a home check, I’ve reserved him and will be bringing him home next week! I’m in love.

Have you found any of Rodneys discarded whiskers yet ?

Our old cat was a tortoisehell and white , the resident Overlords are jet black .

When we find a whisker just casually left on a bed or a chair , or randomly under the table , it;s like "Yeah , I was here CatSlave"

I collect them in a zippy bag , not in a weird serial killer trophy sort of way you understand Blush

Ahh , I'll give you the Cat Tax that is our little MaleCat being safe'n'cherished on the sofa .
Even though he took himself into our bedroom with the new carpet to leave us the lovely gift of a grassy hairball Shock which looked like a turd , I thought he wouldn't - would he ? but it was hairball.

Him and hos identical sister have been Mini House Panthering for us for 4 years now .
And still haven't sat on our laps - so Rodney is streets ahead there .

There's another thread going now about posters who blatantly admit they'd give their pets away for £1,000,000 without even knowing what would happen to them. It's honestly heartbreaking. I've hidden it now.

THIS is what I want to see. Someone who truly loves their pet xx

Agree …horrible thread reminds me of lockdown dogs all in rehoming centres now, some people think animals are accessories like a piece of furniture 🤬 just get rid when you’re ‘bored ‘of’ it
