Cat missing for 12 days

I am so upset. Our beautiful DGirlcat has been missing for 12 long days.

She likes an adventure but the longest she has been gone is 36 hours. She is so friendly and sweet.

She is neutered and chipped.

I've posted flyers in mailboxes and on lamp posts, at local parks, she is on social media, I've contacted local vets, I've asked everyone I've seen. There were two potential sightings a week ago but nothing since. I'm going to post flyers further afield this weekend.

I go out later in the evening every evening to walk with Dreamies and call for her but she has never responded. I call for her in the morning when its quiet.

I cannot bear the thought that she is stuck or hurt or worse. I just dont know what to do anymore.

Well it's been just over a year since DGirlcat went missing. I wasn't good on the day itself.

We moved in May and I've put refreshed social media in the old area, asked the agents to let the new tenants know just in case she comes back so I'm still hoping.

DGirlcat 2 has settled really well and I let her out into the yard for half an hour today. My nerves were shot though.

How is everyone? Any news about your darlings?

Hi @user1471538283 ,

I hope your move went well.

I am so sorry you have no news re your DGirlcat. I can't imagine how tough that day must have been.

My Leo is still missing. It is coming up to a year. Leo is on my mind constantly: where did you go, Leo? Where are you? How have you been finding the hot weather?

It's just crazy to think that I haven't seen him for almost one year. I sometimes Google for stories of hope featuring cats who return after years.

I was thinking on the way home from work earlier today that Leo now has a 'sister' (lovely Libby, who is sleeping next to me as I type!).

Sending so much love and support to everyone xx

So sorry for you all. I was a nervous wreck for those 12 days in August last year, it must be so painful for you.

His sister got trapped in someone’s house a few weeks ago and was found on top of their kitchen cabinets, terrified. Have discovered there is a street WhatsApp which they posted an alert on, have put both their mugshots on in a pre-emptive strike.
