I’m imagining him pronouncing it “wuined”

PeloAddict · 13/08/2022 09:57

Fluffy Grin
He's drinking a lot but given the idiot didn't have any water all day yesterday I'm not surprised
He gave himself away coming for cuddles at 4am

Allergictoironing · 13/08/2022 11:11

My pair have clearly decided that following me round the house crying in the mornings isn't getting me to stay at home rather than going to work, so they have changed tactics to sabotage.

So far this week they have:

Stolen and hidden one of the shoes I was going to wear that day (went in with shoes that didn't match the dress)
Thrown up all over my favorite sandals during the night (just wore different ones)
Tripped me up when I was carrying a mug of (thankfully only warm not hot) tea, meaning I had to change clothes
Done the most enormous, stinky poo in the litter tray just after the morning clean
Refused to come out of the kitchen when I wanted to shut the door before leaving (they aren't allowed in there when I'm not about, too many disasters already).

I wonder what they have in store for next week?

Small fire. Hoax bomb scare.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 13/08/2022 12:43

Delighted that Ollie is back and well.
Today I've been seeing how many Molly's mice we can put on Sybil. She was already high on catnip & has been like this for the last ten minutes.

"Dunno why all this fuss mama. Ridiculous, am a grown CAT"
Yes, that's a cooling mat beside him

YesItsMeIDontCare · 13/08/2022 14:29

Yes, that's a cooling mat beside him

Can sympathise - Leroy lies next to his 🤦🏼‍♀️

Fluffycloudland77 · 13/08/2022 14:47

Poor Sybil, if she finds out you did that she will seek revenge at 4am.

Puddy lay beside hers too, I sent it back to Amazon.

TheLongRider · 13/08/2022 15:28

I'm using the cooling mat for me. It's bloody nice too.#menopausenightsweats

Toddlerteaplease · 13/08/2022 20:39

Mine didn't touch their cooling mat either!

Yeah I have stolen it, works brilliantly Grin

Supersimkin2 · 13/08/2022 21:08

Prince purloined the bathmat & I get to leapfrog over him to get near the facilities - bring on dehydration.

I stuff pillows with Large Cat mats.

Supersimkin2 · 14/08/2022 10:42

Heatwave treat.

WTF is that?

A slow worm?

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/08/2022 13:43

WTF is that?

Something Ollie would run away screaming from so would I

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/08/2022 14:50

Puddy would run under the bed.

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/08/2022 14:52

Asbo would’ve had a go, like he did with the neighbours tortoise with the resident cat looking on in approval.

Supersimkin2 · 14/08/2022 17:06

Hissing Sid is plastic. An oh-so adorable small child left him in the big garden, setting local social media alight and terrifying the caretaker into leaving for the weekend.

NDN owned snakes and she shouted ‘PLASTIC or DEAD’ out of the window. When caretaker was still too frozen with fright to approach, she collected it and hid it on her terrace.

Prince likes Sid. He brought him
over to play. The sweetness.

Supersimkin2 · 14/08/2022 17:07

Oh God, the tortoise…

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/08/2022 18:25

Was the child genuinely adorable or were you wishing for a grassy knoll and a sniper rifle?

Prince is a fearless hunter.

Supersimkin2 · 14/08/2022 19:26

The child shrieks on Sundays at 7am. Firing squad only option.

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/08/2022 20:24

Knew it.

PeloAddict · 15/08/2022 14:50

Ollie, watching me from the hedge

HouseofHolbein · 15/08/2022 15:12

Took the idiot sisters to the vets today for their jabs and a check up. Gomez is 4.1kg Wednesday is 3.1kg and Morticia is 3.4kg. All very healthy and were very cooperative 🤣🤣

Daughter reckons the vet was more of a D.O.G. person because the consultation was over very quickly and the girls behaved themselves 🤣🤣
