Unfortunately I just got bad news about Amos our recent foster kitten. The shelter had an outbreak of a virus and he didn't make it.

He was a lovely cat but I'm happy that he had three glorious weeks of kittening to the max with us and he made Hobbes very happy.

Spoke to the vets this morning about Gomez. We've decided that as she doesn't appear to be in pain with her leg then we will leave a check up until they go for their jabs in a few weeks. But if anything changes they will find her an emergency appointment.

I'm thinking she's hurled herself out of a window and bruised herself and it obviously bothers her if she overdoes things.

We've shut the windows that she throws herself out of to hopefully calm her down a bit.

Poor Amos. It must’ve been a really bad virus.

DH has just watered* the top part of the lawn for Leroy to lounge around on. I've got my bare feet on it and it is quite refreshing 😁
