Oh that’s so sweet of him.

This morning he held my hand in both massive fluffy paws and just looked at me and purred and purred, wouldn’t let go.

And these are the moments that make all the bullshit they give us so worthwhile 🥰

Purely out of interest, how much damage would a 20mg Citalopram tablet do to a cat? Don't panic - I found it, but DH asked while we were scrabbling around for it and I don't actually know.

Surely no cat would voluntarily eat a pill!!?

If they did, it could have an effect like catnip?

I know a cat who is on ADs so in theory they can tolerate them; but they’re prescribed partly by weight so the dose would be your problem. Definitely vet time.

I mixed it with his normal stuff and after a short battle of wills he decided it wasn't too bad doused in salmon oil. I'm counting that as a win

The cats have got spring fever and both dived out tonight when they weren’t supposed to. Matt was enticed in with Dreamies but Socks wasn’t and carried on arsing about. Eventually in desperation I opened a little Aldi Vitacat tender cuts. She was in like a flash!
