Leroy spent 40 minutes - yes 40 - licking a catnip stick. He was so off his face he tried to play Killarghh with DS and couldn't remember what to do with his back legs. 😂

Wednesday has got too close to the candle again 🔥 slight whiff of singed cat now 😂😂

@swampytiggaa. Is there anywhere else you could put the candle? Furs naturally fire retardant but it’s hollow so it transports the heat directly to their skin & they burn quite easily.

I’m not sure how she’s getting that close tbh. I’ve moved it a couple of times. She doesn’t smell burned so I wonder if it’s loose fluff rather than her actual fur?

I’m planning on putting the Christmas tree up tomorrow so that should distract her nicely 😭😭

Matt (pretty sure it was Matt) has thrown up all over my nightie which I’d thrown on the floor to be washed.
What is it with these cats and being sick? Well, in Matt’s case it’s probably just greediness - bolting his food followed by Socks’ as quickly as he possible can.
He’s now demanding more. By meowing, standing on his back legs and patting me with an outstretched paw. The message is clear - Empty tummy, momma cat. Get off your backside and into that kitchen, chop chop!

Booked in to have all her teeth removed next Monday morning . Which is quite literally the very best Christmas present I could ask for

Our tree is up. Gomez has climbed into it once so far. It’s still upright. Deal is that if they topple it it goes down.

Ollie is no longer stoned, is demanding food and just fell off a cardboard box. Back to normal
