I always think if men find you difficult your on the right track.....

Allergictoironing · 12/04/2020 11:26

I'm getting shouted at (well Girlcat's equivalent, a faint cry) every time I try to spend time on the PC like now. She was upstairs asleep when I came in here, and was moaning at me within 3 minutes of sitting down.

Papergirl1968 · 12/04/2020 13:53

Matt is self isolating on the trampoline

What a deiicious Easter treat he is. Fudgy!

Allergictoironing · 12/04/2020 20:24

I am a Bad Cat Slave Sad.

Was on the phone to my SiL telling her how cute my kitties are, and needed to change position slightly to ease my back. Well how was I to know that Girlcat had slipped round the back of the sofa & crept behind my legs? I (very gently) caught her under the chin with my slippered foot. I am now a cruel monster who can't be trusted Blush

Supersimkin2 · 12/04/2020 20:28

The gift of food may serve as a humble attempt at reparation.

Fluffycloudland77 · 12/04/2020 20:28

Did you chase after her saying “nooo, it was an accident! An accident!”

Allergictoironing · 12/04/2020 20:44

I did follow after her apologising in my crooniest voice, but she gave me a look of disgust & fled upstairs. Supper does seem to have brought her back down, and she let me stroke her back as she dived headfirst into the bowl.

Lovely SiL did say Girlcat would probably forgive me just in time for supper, and has proven to be correct.

Papergirl1968 · 12/04/2020 22:50

Ahh, you may think you’re forgiven but at this very moment she’s plotting ways to kill you Wink

Or increase her nutritional intake Grin

Supersimkin2 · 13/04/2020 08:16

Capn has woken up feelin' frisky. Requires catnip mouse.

I must make mouse if none avail in shops.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 13/04/2020 09:43

In Memorium of TBT.

RIP Tim.

I must make mouse if none avail in shops.

You can buy those Molly’s Mice over the internet.

mollysmice.co.uk/

Toddlerteaplease recommended them and I have bought them for two cats I know. I turned up at some friends with expensive wine, lovely flowers and the catnip mice. The catnip mice were the cheapest of the three but definitely the most appreciated. I sent them to the other cat through the post. Again, a total success, thanks to Toddlerteaplease. Both cats have bitten the ears off but the cat nip seems to last quite well.

Allergictoironing · 13/04/2020 10:40

Not ALL cats are completely stomach led Lana! I was a little concerned that she turned her pretty little nose up at her good morning dreamies today, but turns out she was just trying to hurry me up for breakfast - which she took 3 mouthfuls of then went up to sleep on the bed to recover from the effort. That's normal for my 2 - they are natural grazers and will take all day to get through breakfast, then all night to get through supper, they just like when I put the fresh down.

Allergictoironing · 13/04/2020 10:41

Have you tried Capt V on Yeoww bananas yet? I foresee a lifelong love affair (life of the banana that is!)

Papergirl1968 · 13/04/2020 10:51

Ohh, just had a look and the mice are reasonable and I love the designs.
Socks has taken to carrying her mousie round with her, while trying to meow “momma, look what I’ve got!”

YesItsMeIDontCare · 13/04/2020 10:59

Leroy does that with his Mousie, it really is adorable 🥰. Even at 3am when his meow wakes me up 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Get spares in case it goes missing.

Papergirl1968 · 13/04/2020 12:00

Yes, Mousie was brought on to my bed at about 3am too. Cheers, Socks, just what I wanted 😂

I read this earlier. The comments in the Daily Mail were hysterical. Most people thought it just a rather large moggy. Grin

He's a very nice, friendly big kitty. Needs a loving home.

What's the betting there'll be a knock on Queen's door.

'Delivery!!!!!'

Ollie won't answer it.
