New boy cat arrives on Friday, a one-year old tabby boy currently under the moniker of "Bobby". I don't have a proper picture yet.

I live in hope.

Matt just squeezed his enormous arse on to Socks’ litter tray. His front paws were on the floor, with his back legs in the tray. Imagine an adult trying to use a potty and you get the idea! We do have a big litter tray but...🤷🏼‍♀️
And one of them was sick in the night which I narrowly avoided stepping in. At least it was on the laminate floor this time, and not in my bedroom which is the only carpeted room in the whole house. Or on my favourite handbag like a couple of weeks ago.

Looking after 12 must be hard work. Two cost me a fortune and I’m forever worrying if one has eaten the other’s dinner, and who is in and who is out - and actually only Matt goes out regularly.
How on earth do you manage?

I have been tasked with ministering to DDDCat's needs this weekend. This evening after topping up food and water, and checking the litter tray, I managed to get cuddles in the way DD showed me i.e. lying on DD's bed (cat under bed) with a couple of Dreamies on the floor, and waiting. Eventually DDDCat got up on the bed with me, and did a lot of fussing and purring. Sadly no photo I'm afraid.

Paper it's pretty much a full time job! Fortunately they all get along pretty well and I'm lucky enough to have enough space that they don't end up on top of each other!
I'm never happier than when I'm in the garden with all of them, they all, in their own way, have come from less than perfect backgrounds, and to see them happy and bouncing around makes me happy

I think all litter tray cats land on their paws when they come to live with us.
Swampy’s kitties look very cosseted there, and as for lazy lump Ollie...😸

@Papergirl1968 I think you're right. I reckon if we are preoccupied enough by them to be posting on a forum about them, they are probably pretty well loved.

I've just had sighs, clomping, and huffing from Leroy. He's had to move his lazy ass 12 inches because the sun moved. The trauma! Apparently I don't understand either 🤷🏼‍♀️.
