Onwards and upwards for the denizens of the Litter Tray. Best of luck to all job-hunting, cat-mourning, Paws-swiping posters. I can't do a proper link to the old thread.

New boy cat arrives on Friday, a one-year old tabby boy currently under the moniker of "Bobby". I don't have a proper picture yet.

The small tree is BEAUTIFUL @Papergirl1968. Many works of art are exquisite yet temporary, as we are nobly reminded by the words of poets, philosophers and Oriental sages.

Socks' contemplative expression suggests she is a Zen Master. She is clearly using the piece to inspire meditation on the transience of life

I don't fancy @EachandEveryone's chances much either. .

Would I be insane to even try to put the tree up today? Or any other day really... we didn't have the Suffolk's last year.... I think they're going to be destructive

I know it's stupid, but I'd love if one of my cats would climb my tree. None of them have bothered!

Little K shot past me this morning and vanished all day. He will surface shortly to trample me all night looking for dreamies in the bed. This am I coughed one up.

Really weird happenings here earlier. Barney (the stray) came in about 6pmish, and as we can't realistically have him in overnight we decided I'd take him round to the neighbours. Picked him up and a got a mouthful of abuse, which I expected. But we were not prepared for Leroy to become so utterly distraught! DH & DS said he was racing round the house meowing and yowling and looking for me. He settled back down when I came back.

Not Little K obviously but Wednesday has started pooing in the litter tray again 🙂 I have foil all over the tv stand which is lots of fun apparently 😂😂😂

Idiot kittens have spent a lot of today sitting in the kitchen sink then leaving wet footprints everywhere 🐾 🐾 🐾

I've spent all day in and around the bed (lovely) hoping to get Little K out in daytime. A slight improvement to his night owl ways - he came in around sundown, hoovered a large meal, and vanished.

Sitting here with the camera hoping for a personal appearance at some point in dead of night.

I've got one cat wailing at me and one trying to raid the pick n mix. Three guesses which is which...

Paws might start to stay the night in this weather. I don't fancy your chances on having any pick-n-mix for breakfast if he does.

Sending my SIL some (not Paws, candy) for Xmas. She's addicted and will love me 4eva.

I admit I think he is going to be, er, tall which is a surprise as he was runt of litter. Seems to be getting over feeding nerves nicely.
