If anyone would like Ollie for the evening feel free. He is raging he can't go out and is watching the fireworks with his face smushed against the window

Allergictoironing · 02/11/2019 19:11

I spoke too soon - whole valley is echoing with bangs running up & down. Cats have gone to sleep on my bed.

Papergirl1968 · 02/11/2019 21:06

I thought Socks would be terrified because she’s a nervy little thing at the best of times.
Nope, she’s fast asleep. She’s looked up a couple of times and then closed her eyes again.
Matt takes it all in his stride of course.

swampytiggaa · 02/11/2019 22:20

Ooh may I join in please? I’m fairly new to being owned by cats.., we have 3 6 month old kittens called Gomez Morticia and Wednesday - all girls 😁

My husband agreed under sufferance to cats. He spent all afternoon trapped under one fluffy overlord 😂😂😂

swampytiggaa · 02/11/2019 22:20

My three idiots 💕

Very cute, swampy.
Three kittens must be hard work. Socks is coming up to six months and she’s into everything, including biting phone chargers.

swampytiggaa · 02/11/2019 22:38

Actually 3 isn’t too bad. I’m surprised tbh. They fight each other rather than us or stuff although they are rapidly stripping my walls of paper

swampytiggaa · 02/11/2019 22:39

See? The little buggers climb 😂😂😂

Ohh, naughty girl Shock

Supersimkin2 · 03/11/2019 11:19

@swampytiggaa they are very, very lovely. How brainy is that, Young Door Opener?

YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/11/2019 11:25

Ha ha. I'm wondering which one is the biggest juvenile delinquent. They all look as if they would fit that bill.

Supersimkin2 · 03/11/2019 12:32

Packed full of natural spirit and ebullience.

swampytiggaa · 03/11/2019 13:26

I can’t honestly believe how much I adore the little horrors 💕 they are so gentle and long suffering 😂😂 here they are with my youngest

Can you tell them apart? It looks like one is a bit lighter but two look pretty much identical.

Supersimkin2 · 03/11/2019 14:37

DD is rising with elegance to the challenge of that most prized of titles, a true Lady of the Litter (junior branch).

She's very easy on the eye too - well done Grin

swampytiggaa · 03/11/2019 16:00

One is short haired 2 are fluffy. They all have the same markings but one of the fluffy ones is black and gray and the other is black and brown. It isn’t easy to tell those 2 apart tbh but Morticia is the climber and Wednesday squeaks when you pick her up which helps 😂😂😂

YesItsMeIDontCare · 04/11/2019 13:11

@swampytiggaa They are utterly adorable!

We had the local "stray" in on Saturday night because, well, fireworks. Last night he came in again so I risked blood loss and facial reconstruction surgery and carried him down to one of his other houses.

Lovely little guy, getting on a bit too, but it's not fair on Leroy to have him getting used to coming in.

I’ve just had to clean shit off one of them Envy

Supersimkin2 · 04/11/2019 13:24

Oh darling Yes he is such a beauty. Can he not get a home with someone local?

YesItsMeIDontCare · 04/11/2019 14:08

@Supersimkin There's been various "interventions" over the years, way before we moved in, but he's just not having it. And I guess why should he 🤷🏼‍♀️. He's got 2 "homes" and three others for "emergencies", is regularly wormed and de-flead and is registered at a vets. As the vet said - he's got the best cat-life going.

coastergirl · 04/11/2019 16:18

Those kittens are divine! I love hearing about cheeky cat behaviour. My two are lovely but boring!

Supersimkin2 · 04/11/2019 18:10

That magnificent regal ginger clearly requires several staffed homes, in the manner of royalty.

Entirely reasonably.

Papergirl1968 · 04/11/2019 19:00

My pampered puss cats have just enjoyed (a bit of) fillet steak for tea!
They probably think Christmas has come early...

Supersimkin2 · 04/11/2019 20:06

I hope you got some too Paper. Yumza

ClientListQueen · 04/11/2019 20:33

Ollie was tempted by beans on my plate only to realise in horror there was NO JACKET POTATO
He has skulked off to glare at me and seems to be shredding an envelope Confused
Paws is sat about 8ft up on top of the kitchen cupboards, covered in dust
Any normal cats about?
