That is a picture of a cat trying to look pitiful - and not really succeeding. Grin

LanaorAna2 · 18/12/2018 21:19

I am so glad you said that C Grin

Still no food or water. OK? Also, how do I ,er, LW a Sheba soup? I can't face trying to find sardines in a shop at this time of night.

Ollivander84 · 18/12/2018 21:27

Could you blast it in the microwave for a few seconds?

OP posts:
LanaorAna2 · 18/12/2018 21:31

It gets hot insanely fast, 10 secs sends it bubbling like a cauldron. I better go Microwave Masterchef with the thawing button.

cozietoesie · 18/12/2018 21:32

Blast it in the microwave for 5 seconds then STIR ENERGETICALLY.

LanaorAna2 · 18/12/2018 21:56

Thanks!!

Papergirl1968 · 19/12/2018 08:46

Aww, poor Mr C. 🙀 Matt sends his best regards and hopes he’ll be fully recovered for Christmas.

LanaorAna2 · 19/12/2018 12:02

Thanks so much. He has eaten a soup!

Still no pills tho'.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 19/12/2018 12:15

He probably has a sore throat poor love :(.

Are you going to take him back to the vet? I'm just stressing because the same thing happened to a human relative of mine and her condition got worse because she stopped the antibiotics :(

LanaorAna2 · 19/12/2018 16:16

Mr C does have a sore throat, I know all about it. He tells me.

Success rating of pills - currently 33 per cent. If I can't get any more in by tonight I'll have to put him back into hospital. I really don't want to, he was pretty shaken up when he came home.

PB no hissing?! Explain more C!! It's a Xmas miracle!!! Yaya.

Petcare is a fulltime job at the mo. I suspect Mr C is keen on the arrangement.

Fluffycloudland77 · 19/12/2018 17:10

What about double cream? Or clotted cream? Can you crush the pills? I’ve never tried giving fluffy cat a pill. The Persians were nightmares for pills.

LanaorAna2 · 19/12/2018 18:13

I've got 5 in now. Brilliant re the cream. Just been M&S for ham.

Very muddled about whose pills are whose in this house of pain Grin

Ollivander84 · 19/12/2018 21:20

I have a face mask on. O is highly suspicious, keeps sidling up to me, sniffing me, shrieking and running off Confused

LanaorAna2 · 19/12/2018 21:37

He wants a job on the Estee Lauder counter. Any minute now he'll appear at your shoulder murmuring 'a little bit of NASAL REDNESS Madam' at only 300 decibels and brandishing some 50 quid green cream that your boss says makes you 'look like a mental'.

This may be a personal memory. Why are makeup women always so mean? They probably aren't to you, they must thank their lucky stars.

Watch out O doesn't squirt you unawares.

Papergirl1968 · 19/12/2018 21:47

We have bought some tiny newborn baby socks for dd’s baby, due in April.
Matt kindly modelled one but could not be persuaded to wear any more!

Ollivander84 · 19/12/2018 21:51

Grin he thinks it's a great game. Peeping round the door and running off

Poor Matt. Forced to wear pink

Papergirl1968 · 19/12/2018 22:08

I know, Ollivander, he wasn’t impressed!

LanaorAna2 · 19/12/2018 23:00

Little Matt's paws stretching the socks out sweetly for the babe Grin

Ollivander84 · 19/12/2018 23:01

100 per cent pill achievement.

Someone stole spam in the night.

cozietoesie · 20/12/2018 12:17

Oh well done! (How long before the next lot? Grin)

LanaorAna2 · 20/12/2018 17:53

This evening. Girding loins for the Great Battle of Pill Hill as we speak. :)

I'm knackered - something has crawled into the donations warehouse at the charity and died. I expect it was a volunteer such as myself. Anyway, the body is at the bottom of everything, natch, so I'm rooting it out by smell only. Mr C has trained me well. If he wasn't ill I'd take him down there to get the job done in seconds.

Allergictoironing · 20/12/2018 18:40

Oh you never know, it might tempt his appetite a bit Grin

Ollivander84 · 20/12/2018 22:23

Sweetness
