Anyone else really love their cat?

I mean, I love my kids & family...but my god I love my cat! He’s so cuddly and fluffy, always by my side and is just my best friend tbh. Sounds sad but there you go.

Might be a daft question on this board, but does anyone else really, REALLY love their cat?

I had two cats with my sister. When DP and I moved in together, they stayed with her. I still love them to pieces, half the reason I visit her is so I can get a cuddle in with my furbabies :D

Me too! My camera roll is full of photos of him and if someone even mentions a cat I’m out with it showing him off Blush

I adore my cat. He's not really a cat to me, he's a little person in a furry suit... I've always had cats (38 years) but he's my absolute favourite

I really, REALLY did not like cats until I rescued this one 10 days ago. In that time he has changed my opinion on everything. Love him lots!

Love my baby cats so much. They have such great personalities. I have to admit my boy is slightly my favourite because he’s so cuddly and purrsome. My baby cat girl is more aloof, but she’s just a big softy really.
They were our babies before we had DS, and we love them lots.

I love mine. She is amazing. But DP who didn't even like cats is obsessed with her. He said earlier that he has never had a friend like her before.

I guess I love my cats.
Actually I tolerate the male,it's my ex's,he decided to get a dog and said he needed to rehome the cat.So he thought because I had my TaraCat,it was ok to dump him on me! He's very vocal (the cat) but not really a people cat if you get me? MY cat,on the other hand is totally different,she does like a fuss,and sometimes cuddles - she'd sleep on my bed with me if I'd let her.I don't see her as my baby though,she's a cat.

I love my cat. My 5 and 3 year olds also habe a similar level of love for the cat. She absolutely detests us all. Not sure why she even hangs around here tbh!

Yes! My boy has been under house arrest due to a recent op (nothing serious thankfully). I’ve been cuddling him a lot and he is the most gentle, loving kitty. He just wants my attention all the time and sleeps next to me on the bed at night.

We have 3 cats and my children love them very much but unfortunately, they do my bloody head InShockThey have ruined 2 sofas , the downstairs door frames , curtains , my leather bed ( even though they are not supposed to be up stairs Confused. They seem to get fleas a hell of a lot , I de-flea then every 6 weeks but in-between I have to nitcomb all 3 , their fur gets all over our clothes and it's embedded in one carpet , I have tried 3 different vacuums but they are all crap for these cats hair , one of my cats also kills the wildlife persistently , all variety of birds , mice , voles , a rat , ( which is not too bad )and this is with a bell on the collar . I think cats are really cute , cathartic , loving , animals but 3 cats is a bit too much for me unfortunately . I m more of a dog person but I haven't got a dog Hmm

I have to add I have tried a variety of things to deter them from scratching furniture :natural and chemical and they have 2 scratching stations which take up a hell of a lot of room and they will not use them despite catnip being sprayed all over them and gentle persuasion .

My cats are my babies. My colleagues and friends have me firmly down as a crazy cat lady. Snorg and the late Fatty are my first adulthood cats. And I absolutely adore/d them both. And miss Fatty terribly. My new addition Cheddar is just a squidge, never met a cat like her!

My Ellie is my baby now my human babies are grown up and I really love her.
She follows me everywhere and is on my feet right now so I can't do the washing upSmile

Reckless I have a tabby Ellie too Smile. She's a skittish little madam but she is the most affectionate kitten ever when she bonds with people. My other kitten is her sister Esme, and I love them both to bits. Can't imagine life without them, had them 4 months now ❤️
